Beautiful cave hotel with great ammeneties and staff
Pros:

Beautiful room, exactly what I was looking for. A classic cave room in Cappadocia. Had its own lounge area as well as a free standing bath with bath bubbles provided. Lots of space and the bathroom was luxe, clean and modern. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, one of the highlights of each day that I stayed. Highly recommend this place and would stay again given the chance!

Equipe super gentil e prestativa; café da manhã muito bom, quarto ótimo, espaçoso e bem decorado

Cons:

O banheiro era grande, tinha uma banheira de hidromassagem, mas o chuveiro “alagava” o banheiro todo ao tomarmos banho, uma molhadeira geral. Fora isto foi tudo muito bom, especialmente a gentileza do staff

Bien, con un pero.
Cons:

El trato del hotel en el check out. Habíamos reservado un Transfer a las 6.00am.
Éste llegó a las 5.20am y nos sacaron de la habitación con malas formas, insinuando que se nos había hecho tarde a nosotros

Los mejores desayunos y comida de Turquía!
Pros:

Los desayuno espectaculares, llenos de sabores de Turquía, no lo típico que comes en los restaurantes. Fue la mejor comida que tuvimos en Turquía.

Cons:

Me gustó la ubicación, está en la parte alta desde donde se ve toda la ciudad. Desayunos espectaculares. Me gustó que las cocineras eran mujeres locales.

Exceptional
Pros:

The location and the view from the terrace was exceptional. Air ballon and open air museum was on walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very cheerful. The breakfast was amazing in taste and quantity. Would love to stay here again

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff is amazing.
Special mention to Douaa, she is very attentive to guests, very caring and super efficient
We also had Mr. Abdullah who helped with arranging a room last minute when our flight was cancelled on new years eve.
Both helped us to get booking done, transferred our luggage and gave fantastic recommendations for new years eve celebrations!
The busy period is a difficult time but the hotel staff went above their way to make our stay special.
We thank all the staff at this hotel , from the cleaners, to the breakfast team. Everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Cons:

The ground floor rooms can get over heated but the hotel staff quickly called technician to fix the issue. Very helpful team.

Strategic location, Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Poor Value for money on the facilities within the rooms, subpar quality. The entire city thrives on tourism but they treat tourists of different ethnicity, race and religion differently.
