Advised the air conditioning unit was making loud noise and floor lights weren’t working never got sorted booked the ballon hotel wanted cash even though I’d already said I was paying by card on our last day and also celebrating my husband birthday was pestered by the hotel to pay which I had offered beforehand lost our food reservation has we had to come back and then be took to main office of balloon company to pay no one on reception on check out so just had to leave key on desk

Отель расположен фактически на вершине холма, поэтому из террасы открывается прекрасный вид на город, который ночью особенно прекрасен. Также в отеле превосходный шведский стол утром: подают множество салатов и разнообразных турецких закусок, огромный выбор сладостей и фруктов. Однако мясо на завтрак - редкий гость. Мы пробилы 7 дней и каждый день мясное было что-то одно на выбор: либо же сосиски, либо же колбасная нарезка. В отеле работают чудесные люди, которые с радостью отвечали на все вопросы, что здорово облегчило наше пребывание в Каппадокии.

Cons:

Бронировали номер с джакузи по фото с сайта. По факту, джакузи оказалась очень маленькой ванной, куда я со своим средним ростом не помещалась, поэтому это вызвало легкое разочарование. Также в номере практически не было шкафов, а была только ниша с перекладиной. В целом, это не критично, просто было не очень привычно. Также в ванной очень тусклый желтый свет - хотелось бы немног поярче.

Una experiencia única en Capadocia, con una terraza espectacular
Pros:

Un hotel muy lindo y especial, totalmente integrado con la esencia de Capadocia, construido en piedra y aprovechando las típicas cuevas de la zona.

La habitación nos encantó: muy particular, cómoda, completa y con muchísimo encanto. El baño también es amplio y está muy bien equipado.

Pero sin dudas uno de los grandes protagonistas es la terraza. Tiene una vista realmente espectacular de Capadocia, probablemente de las mejores que vimos durante nuestra estadía. Un lugar increíble para disfrutar del paisaje y sacar fotos.

En general, un alojamiento con muchísimo encanto y una experiencia muy acorde a lo especial que es Capadocia.

Cons:

La gran decepción fue no poder aprovechar el bar de la terraza. El lugar es espectacular y realmente invita a sentarse a tomar algo disfrutando de las vistas, pero durante los dos días que estuvimos nunca encontramos a nadie atendiendo.
Nos quedamos con muchas ganas de disfrutar un trago en esa terraza increíble. Una pena, porque con un buen servicio de bar sería uno de los mejores espacios del hotel.

Een onvergetelijk verblijf waar we ons vanaf het eerste moment thuis voelden.
Pros:

Alles was perfect. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom en thuis. Vooral Doğa verdient een groot compliment. Iedere ochtend kwam ze tijdens het ontbijt persoonlijk naar ons toe, vroeg hoe het met ons ging en vertelde ons wat we allemaal konden doen en bezoeken in Cappadocië. De kamer, het uitzicht, de sfeer en vooral de persoonlijke gastvrijheid waren geweldig.

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets. We hebben ontzettend genoten en kunnen geen echt minpunt bedenken. Het enige waar we spijt van hebben, is dat we maar twee nachten hebben geboekt. We hadden hier graag langer willen blijven.

The location was great at the heart of Air-balloon activities where you can see it from the roof top of Divan Hotel as they has the best roof top and best view, definitely recommend this hotel to others if they want the view and experience the Air-Balloon

The staff were really friendly and helped us plan out our trip a little more. The breakfast spread is also fantastic. The views from the top balcony are also great (but be aware there are wasps if you try and eat there).

Cons:

The facilities in the room are outdated, the AC is very poor (and kept turning off), and there is real view from the windows.

The hot tub was lovely once filled, although it took well over an hour to fill, so you need to plan ahead if you want to use it. Turning the bubbles amount up also did not work well.
