alles war super! Man kann alles direkt über das Hotel organisieren zb Transfer, ATV Tour oder auch die berühmten Ballonfahrten.

Son rooftop qui est le plus haut

Cons:

La connexion wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout dans la chambre. Le bain était hors fonction, l’eau coulait très faiblement puis plus du tout donc impossible de prendre un bain.

This stay was magical, Goreme is a beatiful town and the hospitality at Divan Cave House was next level.
Pros:

Divan Cave house was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. I loved the location, it is high enough for amazing views, and close enough for an easy walk to the restaurants and shops

Amazing views, friendly staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Divan Cave Hotel with my husband. The views are absolutely beautiful and truly make the experience feel special, especially in the early mornings where you can watch the hot air balloons in the terrace.

The breakfast was excellent each day, with a great variety and fresh options that we really looked forward to. What made our stay even more memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Ai and Anna for their kindness, and an extra special mention to Doga, who went above and beyond for us. He always took the time to explain things in detail, gave us great recommendations on where to go, and helped organize activities seamlessly.

We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

position is wonderful and staff in the breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

the room that was given us at the arrival was, even if classified as the one we booked, but was not even close to the one shown in the booking pictures that shown very bright room with two or three windows. The room given us was practically without windows. I asked to change the room and so was done but the second room was without heating system. Anyway the kindness of the staff was helpful to solve the problem.
