Incredibly stuff!
Pros:

Great location. Excellent staff (we love Olga in the Club Lounge!). In the evening, you can sample delicious maple candies.

Cons:

The traffic, my god, the traffic! But that’s Toronto.

Pros:

We stayed on the lub loo and ate in the private dinign room every day. The service was extraoridary with the servers remember my drink and how I liked it prepared. Also the bell staff as we were about to order a taxi to go to dinner sugested we take the hotel car - a porche SUV - instead free of charge! We also took the hotel SUV to the airport for a great price. Servie was above and beyond!! and the besds were the most comy I have every know with a coplete black out room and zero noice! Thank you! I would reccomend 100%!

Pros:

クラブラウンジに7泊しました。3泊は、エアカナダのストための延泊。
ラウンジの有能かつ親切なスタッフのエマさんが、デトロイト回りのデルタ航空のビジネスクラスを探し出し、その他全て面倒見てくれて、無事帰国できました。日本人スタッフのミキさんもサポートしてくれ、感謝です。ホテルの斜め前にブルージェイズの球場があり、良い席のチケットも手配してくれ、雰囲気も十分楽しめました。エアカナダのおかげで、脳ミソも活性化し、面白い旅になりました。優秀な人材は企業の宝です。ここのラウンジには幾らでも飲めるアルコールをはじめ、何でもあり、いいホテルです。

Cons:

フレンチレストランがあるといいですね。
