Horrible experience in this over-priced low quality hotel
Pros:

Extremely poor service—probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

The biggest problem was not just the disputed charge, but the attitude of the front desk and management. When I needed to leave and requested checkout, the staff made no effort to find a solution. Their response was essentially that they could not process it, I could leave if I wanted, and I would still be charged.

The manager was dismissive, condescending, and confrontational. There was no apology, no empathy, and no willingness to consider that the hotel may have failed to document my earlier conversations.

When I later requested to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager had left, would not answer the phone, and that I should simply send an email and wait indefinitely.

Problems can happen, but this hotel showed no interest in resolving them. The front-desk and management service was unacceptable. I have filed a formal complaint with Marriott and cannot recommend this property.

Ubicado en buen lugar y hotel práctico para ver la ciudad
Pros:

ubicación, desayuno, todo muy bien

Cons:

Escribí al alojamiento que me pusieran la habitación entre unas plantas del edificio y lo ignoraron, también que era el cumpleaños de una de las acompañantes ( normalmente te dejan en otros hoteles un feliz cumpleaños aunque sea escrito en un papel)

Es algo insignificante, pero hubiese hecho la diferencia, en el trato como clienta

le personnel est charmant, serviable, le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux.
Bagagerie, boissons fraîches et chaudes à discrétion, super bien situé et check out à midi, TOP
Sans oublier le ROOFTOP super sympa!!!

Cons:

Juste la taille des 2 lits pour 4, les 2X2 lits, étaient vraiment pas grands pour 2, nous sommes tous grands dans la famille, donc un peu étroit ...

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter. Cette rue bordée de plantes c'était parfait.
Le p'tit dej très copieux les bouteilles fraîches à disposition toute la journée. Le coin repas à disposition pour se poser le soir avec une salade ou une pizza

Cons:

Il manque de rangement dans les chambres et le bureau prend de la place inutilement.
Dommage le bruit des arrivées de clim sur le rooftop.
Mais tout ceci ne sont que des détails 😊

Sijainti. Aamupala oli suppea, mutta riittävä, sai paistaa itse tuoreet vohvelit. Tarjolla aina kahvia ja vettä aulassa. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet joka paikkaan.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmastointilaite oli äänekäs. Myös naapurista/ käytävästä äänet kuuluivat hyvin läpi.

Centralt, rent och supertrevlig personal.
Pros:

Väldigt centralt läge, några minuters promenad till Penn Station och trevlig gata med en massa blomaffärer utanför och personalen som var supertrevlig.

Cons:

Frukosten var väl det enda negativa. Plastbestick och papperstallrikar och pappersmuggar. Väldigt basic utbud.
Badrummet var lite dumt att dörren gick inåt så den var i vägen, den borde hängas om så den öppnas utåt såklart (standard i Europa)
