Thank you, Patricia, for keeping our room so clean while we were away. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The snacks and the infused water set up in the front were very tasty. Really appreciated it thank you!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was no juice station available, the eggs were very liquidy, and there were no sausage patties or bacon provided. Offering a few more options would make the breakfast experience much better.

La ubicación es perfecta para explorar la ciudad. El desayuno muy correcto y variado. Camas cómodas, personal amable. Silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña (habitual en el centro), pero sobre todo que no hubiera armarios para guardar la ropa. Muy pequeño y ocupado por cosas (tabla de planchar) que son prescindibles y hacía difícil mantener el orden en la habitación.
El aire acondicionado/calefacción hacía muchísimo ruido, pero pedimos que lo desconectaran y bien. Buena temperatura en la habitación.

Exceptional?
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything was above and beyond. Mercedes was incredible and provided first class customer service, she's a true asset to the hotel. The rooms were immaculately presented, clean and all staff did an exceptional job and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. Thank you Fairfield Hotel, you made our stay memorable and a great one.

Comodo ma niente di memorabile.
Pros:

Letto grande e comodo, terrazza all'ultimo piano per fumatori, buoni prodotti freschi per la colazione dolce, posizione.

Cons:

Asciugamani piccoli per asciugarsi dopo la doccia, colazione buona per dolce ma scarsamente varia per la parte salata, mancano interruttori ed una luce centrale nella camera. Manca erogatore di acqua fredda da bere.

Spacious and well-equipped, but very noisy and poorly insulated.

Cons:

Termal insulation : Because of the poor thermal insulatioon, I was forced to keep the heating on full blast just to stay warm. This caused the unit to cycle on and off every 10 minutes with a very loud, disruptive noise. While the street outside was noisy, the constant clatter of the heater was actually more bothersome and made it very hard to sleep.

Breakfast : Nothing special, very basic.
