Our Stellar home from the other side of the Globe

We arrived at the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Chelsea around 10PM. I had a problem with my credit card. I suggested to pay it in cash, however, it was not granted since, it is a hotel policy not to receive payment in cash. I insisted, since that is the only option I had. So, a front desk staff named UEJDA SHATI persistently help me, exhausting all options for me and my family to be catered/accomodated (it was 11pm then). This meritorious act of Uejda truly deserves a reward.

Indeed! Ueda's exceptionally great customer service is a reflection of the unrivaled Marriott Hotel, my choice of hotel.

It was our perfect home for 11 nights ッ

Pros:

Tudo. Principalmente o café, chá e chocolate quente que eles disponibilizam na recepção na parte da tarde. Você chega com o corpo gelado da temperatura abaixo de zero e encontra uma bebida quente para aquecer. Muito bom mesmo.

Reasonable room rate in this area. Good location. They offer water, hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate ❤️

Cons:

The room is a bit too small. We can’t open two 29” luggage at the same time. Towels are small, too.

Ωραίο πρωινό! Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε .
Άνετο δωμάτιο με καθημερινη καθαριότητα
. Βρίσκεται σε σημείο πολύ κοντά σε subway και κοντά στο penn station που εξυπηρετεί μεταφορά στο αεροδρόμιο του Newark οικονομικά!

Un enfer ! Fuyez
Cons:

Cet établissement est une arnaque je déconseille fortement ! Nous avons été débité 4 fois de notre séjour, en prouvant par tous les moyens qu’on avaient déjà réglé ! Le personnel n’a rien fait et a continué de débiter notre compte SANS notre autorisation !
Nous envisageons de porter plainte, fuyez ce lieu !!

Acomodação excelente!
Pros:

Excepcional acomodação, tamanho do quarto muito bom para os padrões de NYC. Café da manhã excelente e com muitas opções. Bom espaço para o café, estava sempre meio vazio.
Além disso, tem água gelada, chocolate quente e café com leite 24 horas por dia na recepção, gratuitamente.

A localização, no Chelsea, é maravilhosa. Bairro bem charmoso, fica a uns 10 minutos a pé da Times Square, tem best buy, Burlington, café, restaurante, estação de metrô etc... tudo do lado.

Amei a acomodação.

A única sugestão de melhoria seria o colchão (extremamente macio), e para quem tem problema de coluna como eu, sofre um pouco.

Mas isso não seria motivo para não dar nota 10.
