Cons:

No habían cobijas extra en el cuarto, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba como calefactor (algunos tienen esa función).
La noche que llegué pedí cena y nunca me la entregaron, pregunté varias veces y siempre decian que aun no empezaban a prepararla, decidí cancelar el pedido y solo respondieron ok y perdí el dinero que ya había pagado, ninguna voluntad por atender.
