Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Cons:

Staff failed to provide breakfast coupons that came with my package and had to go back and get them. Food on site was out of most food causing substitutions and removals or items.

Pros:

Pretty over Marriot at this point.

The front desk was rude. Had stayed here last year, and encountered the same bad attitudes, but this time it was over the top.

I witnessed the person working the coffee area curse and almost have a full meltdown with only me and two other people in line. I left and went somewhere else for breakfast.

We slept great, shower was top notch, super clean
Pros:

Upgraded furniture. Extremely comfortable bed.desk was comfortable. Excellent shower and water pressure. Luggage cart was available. We had a late check in. Front desk staff @check in. Was super nice and helpful. Ottoman was welcomed.

Cons:

Could used suitcase stretcher table.
