Difficult and long checkin with a Booking.com reservation but nice hotel

The beds are the worst.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The beds/bedding were the absolute worst. Hard lumpy mattress, combined with the thinest pillows, make for a very uncomfortable sleep. For a hotel, the sleep experience should be priority, and this hotel really missed the mark.

I was not satisfied with my hotel reservations.
Pros:

Location and hotel staff were rewarding, made my stay enjoyable.

Cons:

My reservations were not acceptable and I was dissatisfied. Each morning I had to renew my reservation process although I could keep the same room. I did not like having to renew my reservations daily.

Comfortable and clean would stay again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Cons:

Staff failed to provide breakfast coupons that came with my package and had to go back and get them. Food on site was out of most food causing substitutions and removals or items.
