Nice and elegant small hotel on the left bank of the Seine.
Pros:

Cosy and nice small hotel in the vicinity of UNESCO building. Elegant and functional, you have everything for a short visit. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is good, nothing exceptional, but everything fresh and of good quality. Good air conditioning system. Metro station (line 6) is in front of the building.

Cons:

Rooms are relatively small, but for Paris good enough! If the room has window to the street, then there is some traffic noise (but windows isolate noise quite well)

Cons:

Breakfast room a little cramped ok selection but I think I would op next time to eat breakfast elsewhere. The room was small but ok for 1 night

Super hotel voor prijs kwaliteit, met uitstekende service van het personeel. Prachtig uitzicht en locatie van het hotel.
Pros:

De locatie en de kamer. Door een gratis upgrade kregen we een suite aangeboden.

Cons:

In de kamer zijn er wel een aantal zaken die verfrissing of vernieuwing nodig hebben. De zetels zijn een paar krasjes op te vinden. De verf op de deur in de badkamer kan wat vernieuwing krijgen. De badkamer vooral kan wel wat verfrissing gebruiken.

Good location, charming staff, amazing view
Pros:

This was my first visit to Paris, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more memorable.
I chose to spend a week at First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel for my birthday and was impressed from the moment I arrived. My French was far from perfect, but the staff were always cordial, patient, and even shared a few laughs with me along the way. Their warmth and sense of humor made me feel welcome throughout my stay May 22 through May 29, 2026.

The Parisian breakfast each morning was bountiful, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options that provided the perfect start to each day. The hotel's location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the city using Île-de-France Mobilités. Best of all, the room view I reserved was absolutely spectacular. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of the trip.

I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for the first time or returning to enjoy the city once more.

Pros:

Struttura curata e singolare. Il total black delle camere e dei corridoi potrebbe sembrare inquietante, ma lo abbiamo trovato caratteristico! La vista della torre Eiffel dal balconcino ripaga tutto!
