Pros:

Very friendly staff. Upgrade to our room which was a pleasant surprise ! Location is perfect. Beautiful walk to the tower

OK but pricing is excessive
Pros:

The property is well located beside the metro station making it convenient to travel from and around Paris

Cons:

The rooms are very dated and have a very odd smell. The hair dryers are very old and not working well. We had to change rooms as the temperature switch in the shower was broken. Towels had stains on them. For the price this hotel is currently charging there are much better options out there.

Très bien !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé et très accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et de dimension très correcte pour Paris. Le petit dejeuner est bon :).

Cons:

La literie mériterait d'être revue, le lit double (deux lits simples accolés) manque de fermeté.

Family & Friends in Paris
Pros:

The location was very convenient, near public transport and nice Bars and Restaurants.
The personnel was also very helpful with all our requirements.
The bed is super comfortable!
The view to the Eifel Tower.

Cons:

The first room they gave us was very small, only the bed and a small corridor surrounding it. The bathroom had a defected door that couldn't be closed, missing towel hanger, missing a place to put our bathroom stuff.
No mini-bar in the room.
Minimal requirements to be a 4 stars hotel were not met (according to Atout France).

Very small rooms, small beds despite description.
Pros:

Very clean and cared for

Cons:

The photos are very photo shopped, over exaggerating space and closeness to eiffel tour. I booked this room as it said it was an extra large king bed - it was barely a queen? The room was very small for 2 people with luggage. No fridge in room. Also right next to a busy metro which isn’t mentioned. Lift also felt slow and not sure how safe it was?

Excellent anniversary stay!!
Pros:

Excellent hotel with gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The staff went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating our anniversary and there were flowers, wine and macarons waiting in the room on our arrival, they also ensured we had a good view. The staff were always very welcoming and lovely. Excellent location as directly opposite the metro and a 10 minute walk to the tower.

Cons:

The only slight issue was on the last day the lift was broken so we had to carry our heavy suitcases from the 6th floor down the stairs. We appreciate this isn't the hotel's fault but with only one lift this is a risk.

So cool place
Pros:

🖤The staff was polite, helpful, and active. The location is simply amazing, especially for those traveling alone. I had a room on the 5th floor, the balcony was simply wonderful.
I especially liked the large, new TV where I could watch Netflix and YouTube.
There are many shops, a flower shop, a pharmacy and a bakery near the hotel, very convenient
