Good location, charming staff, amazing view
Pros:

This was my first visit to Paris, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more memorable.
I chose to spend a week at First Hotel Paris Tour Eiffel for my birthday and was impressed from the moment I arrived. My French was far from perfect, but the staff were always cordial, patient, and even shared a few laughs with me along the way. Their warmth and sense of humor made me feel welcome throughout my stay May 22 through May 29, 2026.

The Parisian breakfast each morning was bountiful, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options that provided the perfect start to each day. The hotel's location was outstanding, making it easy to explore the city using Île-de-France Mobilités. Best of all, the room view I reserved was absolutely spectacular. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of the trip.

I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for the first time or returning to enjoy the city once more.

Pros:

Struttura curata e singolare. Il total black delle camere e dei corridoi potrebbe sembrare inquietante, ma lo abbiamo trovato caratteristico! La vista della torre Eiffel dal balconcino ripaga tutto!

La camera piccola ma essenziale.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein aber gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist super. Kurzer Fussweg zum Eiffelturm und die Metro zum Triumphbogen/Champs-Élysées direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer mit Eiffelturmblick sind zu empehlen, weil man ab 22 UhrUhr die Beleuchtung und das Lichterspiel sehen kann!

Great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Right next to the metro station and 15 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Cons:

The hotel could use a bit of refresher as there were a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom and the carpet in the hall was a bit stained in places. Also the breakfast could be better. There was not that many options but it was not bad.

The Staff were excellent - very friendly & accommodating to our needs. We had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was lovely. The room was small (typical European space) yet always clean - bathroom was very nice and the AC worked well !!! Close to the Metro stations 6 & 10 lines, we used the trains to get around easily. Paris is a beautiful city & First hotel was a great place for our recent stay

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and has character. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The room was excellent. The location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. This was our second booking at this hotel, and if we return to Paris, we will book again. Wonderful place.
