Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Room was a good size for our family of four with walk in wardrobes, lovely fluffy towels. Great location near a tram stop but only a short walk into town where there’s a great selection of local bars and restaurants.
We were very disappointed with the roof terrace, see photos for what is advertised v reality! Not enough chairs at the table for our family and no cushions on the sun bed (made of decking) meaning it couldn’t be used. When I asked reception about this I was informed that none of the suites with terraces have cushions. Also there was paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Location good for central Montpellier although you have to walk past a homeless encampment to get there, dangerous for any single women.
Weak & non functioning aircon reported twice to hotel but wasn't fixed.
Poor shower pressure, leaking bath tap and peeling ceiling in bathroom.
Terrible sound proofing meaning unable to sleep well, the second night there was even a rave outside the hotel all night but the hotel did nothing to protect their guests from this huge disturbance.
Swimming pool far too small for the size of the hotel and populated by trashy people smoking and leaving litter.
Average breakfast although the "hot" items were mostly tepid or cold.
Indifferent staff who didn't even say hello to guests.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the aircon and pool were perfect in the heatwave. The location was a very short walk to the centre.

It was clean with great facilités and close to the town. It was about ten minutes to walk there through the park

Pour un 4 étoiles, j'aurais aimé plus d'accueil et d'accompagnement notamment pour découvrir la ville etc.

les serviettes ne sont pas changées tous les jours, pour un 4 * je trouve assez limite
Concernant le petit déjeuner, je ne trouve pas normal qu une personne seule ou deux personnes déjeunent sur une table pour 4, il faudrait peut être revoir la disposition des tables, si vous arrivez à 9h30 ou 9h45, il n y a plus de croissants ou pains au chocolat, et pas remis dans les corbeilles.
Le jeudi soir, si vous ne voulez pas la soirée barbecue, et que vous rentrez d avoir mangé à l extérieur et que vous voulez prendre une infusion ou un digestif, vous ne pouvez pas car le personnel se trouve au premier étage
