Idéalement situé pour aller à pieds Place de la Comédie, l’hôtel est très propre , literie très confortable.

Very large clean room with plenty of closet space. Very comfortable bed
Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la propreté, le confort, le petit déjeuner complet.
Le soir où il a beaucoup plu, le bruit des gouttes sur le parapet en fer devant la fenêtre était gênant. Des travaux devraient être faits dans ce sens.
Large rooms
There were paiting works going on. Breakfast of 25€ with a smell of fresh paint and workers running in and out. The lounge full of ladders and dust. Impossible to have a meeting because of the noise. I understand work needs to be done but this should be told at reservation or compensated. The only thing the receptionist was able to say was ‘ je vais faire monter l’information’ which is the equivalent of ‘ bugger off’. Really poor. I will have my team located in another hotel next time..
On the outbound trip the toilet was persistently running, the safe was locked open. No maintenance available as it was the weekend. However I must compliment the reception staff that after three visits to the room and telephone consultation with someone fixed the toilet. Furthermore, Radisson should have informed us that building works were going on at the hotel and that no bar facilities were available.
On the return visit all of the above issues did not occur, save for the building works being almost completed.

Colazione abbondante e buona, posizione buona ma difficile trovare
Premetto che ho scelto il Radisson in quanto avevo già avuto un ottima esperienza in altro hotel della catena, ma questo!!!!! Vero che ero stata informata che erano in corso alcune opere di ristrutturazione, ma non avrei mai creduto così: entrata e reception quasi inagibili, con polvere ovunque; ascensori che andavano dove volevano (per raggiungere il secondo piano sono dovuta salire quattro volte al quarto); chiavi elettroniche non funzionanti; posto auto non disponibile (al posto delle auto erano montagne di materassi, e che orrore pensare che poi sarebbero stati utilizzati per le camere, dato che neppure erano coperti dalla polvere). Staff distratto e poco attento ai bisogni del cliente - quando ho chiesto telefonicamente dove avrei potuto fare il pass per raggiungere l'albergo mi è stato risposto che dovevo andare in centro e poi hanno chiuso la telefonata. Vero che parlo male il francese ed il mio inglese non è perfetto, ma se un francese in Italia mi chiede delle informazioni io faccio di tutto dargli una risposta e solitamente riesco. Ancora, i bagni: in tre giorni nessun cambio di asciugamani, salvo una salvietta.............

something, that will be good one day, maybe, but not right now, not even close, for the price, very poor...especially a suite, ZERO amenities, no glasses, no info, no attention to any details, pretty much, nothing doing as far as customer service...very disappointed, it could and should be MUCH better...Hello Radisson...get your things straightened out..!

L'emplacement a 7min de la place de la place de la Comedie et du Polygone.
Réservé 2 nuit de parking et le premier soir tout le parking était complet donc on a du se mettre au parking payant.
Overall, the stay at the hotel left a positive impression: the staff were polite, the room met expectations, and most aspects of the service were at a good level.
However, there was one incident that left an unpleasant impression and took some time to resolve.
Upon arrival, I paid for parking for the entire duration of my stay. However, on one of the days, after returning from an excursion, I found that the hotel parking was completely full. When I asked at the reception, I was told that this was “normal” and was advised to use a nearby public, unguarded parking area, where I was assured it would be completely safe to leave my car.
Frankly, this response is difficult to understand. If parking has been paid for in advance, one would expect that a space is guaranteed. It is also unclear on what basis the hotel can confidently recommend leaving a vehicle in an unguarded public parking area and assure its safety.
Eventually, only late in the evening did a space become available in the hotel parking, and I was able to park my car there.
I believe that situations like this should not occur, especially when the service has been paid for in advance. I hope the hotel will take this issue into account and improve the organization of parking for its guests in the future.

Localisation, personnel agréable
Hôtel en travaux, aucune spécification ni remise pour la gêne occasionnée. Dommage pour le prix payé … parking voiture à 17€ / jour pour un parking complètement encombré de matelas et meubles, super étroit, difficile de trouver une place.
L'accueil est impeccable, le service, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables ! Les équipements extérieurs et intérieurs superbes !
Petit rajout qui serait super, rajouter plus de cousins dans les lits serai pas mal
