Loved our stay and will 10/10 stay again!
Pros:

Loved all the amenities. Loved the bigger king room. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights and loved that our housekeeper came and cleaned and made the bed and exchanged for fresh towels daily. I loved the air conditioning being controlled from the wall and it coming from overhead vents. So nice!

Cons:

The only complaint I would have was the music level played in the speakers outside our room was too loud. We were in the room right behind the bar on the ground level so it was just jazz music but played loudly until 11pm each night.

Pros:

I enjoyed talking with the Bar tender, Minnette, a lovely human being.

Cons:

I wish the location was closer to downtown but that is not this hotel's fault. I did not shop enough since I did want to visit down town (King St).

Very great establishment in a very nice spot of Charleston & we will be coming back
Pros:

I love the location & how the staff was very friendly and made sure to get you checked in , in a timely manner….. The room was very clean didn’t have any problem finding my room.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator worked

Pros:

Tasteful clean facility

Cons:

The shower nozzle was placed in an awkward place behind shower inswing door.
I also was not a fan of tge farmhouse sliding door on the bathroom.
Also, 2 calls to desk, one by cell, to let them know the phone and clock were not working in my room. Michael, when I checked out, did make note of it but I feel the others did not.

Pros:

This property has a few nice rooms but all the horrible treatments way out way any good things about this property.

Cons:

After getting my car broken into in the parking lot of this hotel, and the staff completely saying it wasn’t their fault and not helping me whatsoever, I decided to give it another chance when I checked in, I was told that I couldn’t check in at that time and I had already paid for the room and was not refunded. I was told that Booking.com had my money and when I contacted Booking.com, they said that the property already accepted my funds so I’m having no help getting my money back. Also the property put me on hold at least four times because they couldn’t figure out why the lady wouldn’t let me check in. I would never refer anyone to stay at this hotel. It’s been nothing but hell.!

Cons:

The Lobby was dark and had a Gothic look . I was surprise at the room being the lobby looked the way it did. Your lobby really need some attention.
