Terrible
Pros:

This property has a few nice rooms but all the horrible treatments way out way any good things about this property.

Cons:

After getting my car broken into in the parking lot of this hotel, and the staff completely saying it wasn’t their fault and not helping me whatsoever, I decided to give it another chance when I checked in, I was told that I couldn’t check in at that time and I had already paid for the room and was not refunded. I was told that Booking.com had my money and when I contacted Booking.com, they said that the property already accepted my funds so I’m having no help getting my money back. Also the property put me on hold at least four times because they couldn’t figure out why the lady wouldn’t let me check in. I would never refer anyone to stay at this hotel. It’s been nothing but hell.!

Very nice and clean friendly staff
Pros:

The room was clean .

Cons:

The Lobby was dark and had a Gothic look . I was surprise at the room being the lobby looked the way it did. Your lobby really need some attention.

I loved the pool and relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was good but there were no pancakes or French toast. We had dinner at the bar and a few drinks one night. One night we had appetizers and drinks at the bar. The bartender Minnette was friendly and always ready to serve us.

Cons:

The bathroom with the plastic like glass when the bathroom light was turned on in the middle of the night it was very bright.

Had a great stay probably will stay again in the future
Pros:

Overall was a great stay other than one of the elevators being out and the working one bad slow we had a great time

Cons:

There was an event of sorts at the hotel and lots of people and one of the two main elevators was out of service and it made for long wait times going to room

Pros:

I reserved based on reviews. Staff were friendly but not concerned with our concerns. Shower sprayed onto cheap office like ceiling which made us nervous about hidden mold. In same shower, dead roach hung from top. We expressed this to staff who said they would make a note but refused to change rooms. We traveled for my daughter’s competition and she needed sleep so we couldn’t just leave. When we came back to the room after event, we saw where the dead bug was still hanging. Again, staff unable to give reason why we couldn’t change rooms. Raining heavy with possible wintry mix meaning staying the night so we could travel home safely. The outlet in bathroom didn’t work so we had to use one in main room. Blow dryer was very low and didn’t work well to dry her hair. Beds were super loud. Even time someone got up, you hear it. We paid over $60 for two adults and two kids to have breakfast first day only. It was not work the price and the lady in the dinning area with red hair was very rude. Not with the hassle despite great location. Contacted IHG support online and case created but never heard back: stay anywhere else
