Apreciacion sobre el hotel
Pros:

El lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de un outlet y restaurantes. Habitaciones amplias y espaciosas. Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

El personal de limpieza y los camareros , en especial Barbara y Carlos fueron excelentes. La unica queja y por eso no le doy una mayor puntuacion es el Sr Marvin de la recepcion , quien fue una persona grosera , poco atenta y mucho menos colaboradora ademas de agresivo en sus maneras . No intentó en ningún momento tratar de entendernos aun cuando le pediamos que nos hablara de forma pausada a diferencia del resto del personal de recepción. Creo que su comportamiento deslucio mi apreciación del hotel

Hotel is real nice

Cons:

One of the maids stole my speaker out of my bag When they clean my room when i didn’t ask for my room to get clean. And I still didn’t hear anything back from the supervisor.

Great stay. Will book again when back in the area.

Great location close to resturants, shopping, and activites.

Cons:

The pool bar/food wasn't open at all during our weekend stay as advertised or as we were told during check in.

Overall, it was a decent stay with a very convenient location, despite a few issues with the hot wat
Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to just about everything. The mall, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and plenty of restaurants and food options were all nearby, which made getting around and finding what we needed very easy.

Cons:

The hot water was a major issue, especially considering the price of the room. We also had a serious issue with the elevator when it stopped, which was definitely not a pleasant experience. Housekeeping emptied the trash and replaced some towels, but I feel all of the used towels should have been replaced.
