Great stay. Will book again when back in the area.
Pros:

Great location close to resturants, shopping, and activites.

Cons:

The pool bar/food wasn't open at all during our weekend stay as advertised or as we were told during check in.

Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to just about everything. The mall, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and plenty of restaurants and food options were all nearby, which made getting around and finding what we needed very easy.

Cons:

The hot water was a major issue, especially considering the price of the room. We also had a serious issue with the elevator when it stopped, which was definitely not a pleasant experience. Housekeeping emptied the trash and replaced some towels, but I feel all of the used towels should have been replaced.

Cons:

Нам попался номер со старым ванной, давно не делали ремонт. Вода в раковине прямо на пол текла ,зубы чистишь а ноги в воде стоят.

Pros:

The ambiance of this place was great! We had a room that had a door to the atrium which gave it a nice "feel". The rooms very all decorated and the beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint was we only stayed one night. I will be back, I'm sure!

Overall a nice little get away and the hotel served its purpose.
Pros:

Next time ask if we have pets because the first room was on the 1st floor and the room smelled like pets and I ended up getting the room moved to the 5th floor.

Cons:

The fact that they tried to put me in a pet room because of the discount that I used by booking thru booking.com

Smelled really nice, very modern, staff very friendly

Cons:

When my trash was emptied by housekeeping the bags wasn’t replaced. I had to go down to the fri t desk to ask for trash bags.

Pros:

Location and staff was great. The room was clean with plenty of towels and bath products.

Cons:

The bed pillows were kind of flat and uncomfortable, the beds were good. Room felt a little warm at night but otherwise great.
