Zimmer mit Flokati Teppich ausgelegt. Unangenehmer Geruch! Die Dokumentation im Zimmer war sehr alt . Mappe und Papier stanken stark. Frühstück war alles aus Verpackungen

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel in top Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell am Strand und auch in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof. Es ist alles fußläufog sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett.

Cons:

Im Hotel muss man trotz Aufzug je nach Zimmer nochmal Treppen hoch und runter, da es ziemlich verwinkelt ist. Mit Koffer etwas mühsam.

Das Frühstück ist oberste Kategorie bin begeistert. Lob an die Küche und das gesamte Team. 😀

Cons:

Zimmer war beim aus checken 10min später automatisch verschlossen
Das Aus und Einpacken vom Auto 🚗 sollte besser organisiert werden.

Die Ausstattung des neuen Zimmers, Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Musste Zimmer wechseln, aufgrund des Geruchs im ersten Zimmer, welcher aber nichteinmal vom housekeeping Personal angesprochen wurde, musste diesen selber melden, da es unerträglich wurde

Die Lage ist top - gleich um die Ecke vom Alten Strom, 5 min bis zur S-Bahn. Der Balkon ist schön und groß genug, dass 2 Personen darauf sitzen können. Die Balkonmöbel sind gut.
Es gibt ein Parkhaus - Achtung: Nicht für E-Autos oder Hybridfahrzeuge zugelassen. Unbedingt die Anweisung lesen, die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Einkaufsstraße mit Pollern. Man fährt in einem Fahrstuhl mit dem Fahrzeug in die Tiefgarage, da ist nicht sehr viel Platz - Abmessungen des Fahrzeugs beachten.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee wäre nett.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr guter Empfang durch das Personal. Idealer Service, wenn man mit Fahrrad anreist. Selbst eine Ladestation ist in der Tiefgarage. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die direkte Anbindung zur Physiotherapie ist ideal.

Habe ich direkt der Rezeption mitgeteilt.
