It is mandatory to have a towel and slippers.
It will be possible to rent (for those who choose the room without the spa) the Spa kit which includes the bathrobe, towel and slippers at a cost of €5.00 per person.

Furthermore, the shuttle service is free only during the winter opening of the Bormio ski elevators and exclusively for transport to/from the ski elevators.

Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property.

Pros:

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo hotel. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che si poteva prenotare senza carta di credito ,pagare in struttura e cancellazione gratuita. Struttura accogliente, personale gentilissimo ,camere spaziose e pulite. .Posizione favorevole se poi ci si vuole spostare nei paesini vicini . Colazione eccellente, dolce(torte,crostate,cornetti etc...),salato ( uova,bacon,wurstel,pane e molto altro...) , spremute originali (non di quelle dentro al brick) , succhi di diverso tipo,yogurt diversi gusti,latte(normale,soia) diversi tipi di semi che si prestano bene da mangiare con lo yougurt, centrifughe che potevi farti al momento ,potrei scrivere ancora ma meglio fermarsi😅.

Inoltre, grazie al suggerimento della ragazza che ci ha accolti, ha suggerito di provare una cena presso il loro ristorante , e ,accettato il suggerimento ,abbiamo provato. Il menù proposto delle 4 portate a 44 euro era buonissimo e valeva tutti i soldi richiesti. Qualità e bontà la fanno da padrona.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO per UN WEEK-END rigenerante
Pros:

SPA di altissimo livello e con tanti servizi. Bellissima sia la vasca che la sauna esterne. Ottima colazione abbondante e varia, staff accogliente e gentilissimo. SKI room e servizio navetta per le piste che rappresentano un grande comfort per gli sciatori. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Cons:

Vous rentrez du ski à 15h et obligé de payer 22 € pour avoir accès à la piscine pendant 2h..je n au jamais connu ça dans les nombreux hôtels que nous avons fréquente. Piscine gratuite de 10h à 15h et ensuite il faut payer..inadmissible. je n ai jamais profité de la piscine à cause du tarif alors que c est un critère que je recherche dans les établissements que je réserve

Staff members are doing a great job! Roman at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. He provided excellent service and very useful recommendations. The lady who arranged the breakfast (I forgot her name) was very professional quick, patient, and friendly. By the way, the breakfast here is absolutely amazing. SPA! Nice and clean! Absolutely recommend!

Cons:

Some small details could be improved. There are many exposed nails in the sauna bench, which makes it uncomfortable during the session, and the nails in the sauna headrest are quite sharp and could easily cause injury. Also, the towel holder in the room doesn’t serve its purpose, and the hairdryer doesn’t work properly.
