Un muy buen lugar para descansar y bien ubicado

Buena ubicación, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y mejoras.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen vista al estrecho de Magallanes. El hotel queda a walking-distance del centro de la ciudad. La limpeza de los cuartos estuvo bien.

Cons:

La atención en la conserjería es muy mala, el personal no explica nada del funcionamiento del hotel (hay que preguntarle puntualmente por todo). El acceso al estacionamiento es con un portón que se abre desde la conserjería, pero demoran en abrirlo y hasta tuve que bajar en medio de la lluvia para ir hasta la entrada a pedirles que abran. El restaurante es caro y malo, ahí el personal tampoco sabe en que consisten los platos. Pero el trato es amable.
Es un hotel viejo que necesita mucha renovación.
