Pros:

Todo impecable, desayuno 10/10, nos empacaron desayuno ya que nos fuimos muy temprano, limpieza y atención buenisima y las vistas de la habitación un espectáculo.

Cons:

Todo en general fue muy bien, lo único por mejorar es lo despistado que estaba la persona de recepción con quien hicimos el check out.

Pros:

Puntos fuertes: el personal muy cordial y profesional, el desayuno variado, la ubicación, la disponibilidad de parking y la limpieza.

Cons:

El edificio es histórico y se nota que tiene buen mantenimiento, pero podría disponer de enchufes de tipo USB o USB-C para cargar dispositivos electronicos, especialmente para turistas extranjeros que no tienen plug compatible con Chile. En cambio, ofrecen adaptadores EN VENTA.

La cama: tenia sabanas de excelente calidad, pero el colchon parecia hundido, y esto sobresalia dado que las almohadas eran muy nuevas y muy grandes. Dormir sin la almohada era mejor opción.

Servicios agregados: el sauna EXCELENTE, pero la piscina un poco fria... Quizás fue por el horario en que la usamos (ya por la noche).

Buen hotel para visitar Punta Arenas.
Pros:

Habitación amplia. Parking gratuito. Desayuno correcto. Excelente ubicación: fácil de entrar desde aeropuerto. Plaza de Armas a poca distancia recorriendo el paseo Cristóbal Colón.

Ubicación, desayuno normal, atención excelente

Cons:

Pésimo y muy baja calidad la comida ofrecida en los comedores durante la cena. Creo que deben aplicarse en ello, no es posible que un hotel de esa categoría no pueda servir un buen plato de comida.
La atención del personal , llamase camarero, barman , etc… excelente, debo felicitarlos
