La ubicación ideal, frente a la costanera. El desayuno muy completo, soy celíaca y había opciones sin gluten. La habitación muy cómoda y el personal con muy buena disposición.

Muy Buena visita a Punta Arenas
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. La pileta no llegamos a usarla. La ubicacion es excelente, te permite recorrer a pie zona centrica y estás enfrente del estrecho para caminar y disfrutar la costanera de la ciudad. Personal muy amable. Cercano a excelentes propuestas gastronómicas.

Cons:

se nota lo anticuado y el desgaste de las instalaciones por el paso del tiempo, un restailing y modernización de algunas instalaciones no le caerían mal, considerando que hay nuevas propuestas en el mercado que le compiten en forma directa. En caso de necesitar asesoramineto profesional estamos a su servicio.

The restaurant was good and the room size was good too.

Cons:

The beds were dated and uncomfortable. The room and hotel generally very worn.
No hot water! The showers were cold. When raised with reception they said, that was because we were in a room on a higher floor. Why did they give us that room? The default thermostat was set to 30C.
Lights only came in brilliant white. My poor eyes first thing in the morning.
The windows opened uncontrollably and presented a significant hazard. Seriously people, spend a few $ extra and get a better hotel.

Excelente vista al estrecho y calida atencion !!!

Recomendaria elaborar un plato del dia en la cocina, y que sea de una comida tipica magallanica.

Mala atención de recepcionista
Cons:

Agua de la ducha fría, se informa a recepción sin dar ninguna solución. Además, al
momento del check in (atendido muy amable por una recepcionista) eso se vio opacado por un desubicado compañero de trabajo de ella, que la interrumpía a cada información que ella me entregaba. Además, el recepcionista en cuestión, me hizo bajar para buscar a quien tambien se estaba alojando en el hotel.
