Habitación amplia. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

La ducha, demoraba mucho en salir el agua caliente a una temperatura aceptable. La señora encargada del aseo, muy prepotente y mantuvimos durante 3 de los 4 días, una curita con sangre debajo del lavabo. El desayuno sin variedad, todos los días, lo mismo. Solo se actualizaba el sector de los dulces, que se ve que dependía de los eventos empresariales.

TODO SUPERO LAS EXPECTATIVAS. NO ES PRIMERA VEZ QUE NOS QUEDAMOS Y PREFERIMOS GASTAR UN POCO MAS PERO ESTAR REALMENTE COMODOS EN TODOS LOS ASPECTOS. EL PERSONAL SIEMPRE ATENTO Y AMABLE. DESAYUNO DELICIOSO Y CON MUCHA VARIEDAD, TODO FRESCO. LA UBICACION EXCELENTE. LA PISCINA LA DISFRUTAMOS MUCHO MAS AUN MI HIJO, BIEN TEMPERADA Y LIMPIA. LA CALEFACCION E ILUMINACION PERFECTA EN LA HABITACION, TODO LIMPIO Y POR OTRO LADO EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ACCESIBLE.

Lamentablemente el hotel está muy a mal traer, le falta mantenimiento. De echo la ducha en dos ocasiones no salía caliente y la única solución que nos ofrecían era cambiar de habitación, cuando debiesen tener en condiciones todo sobre todo en invierno. El desayuno igualmente estaba algo pobre en variedad. El personal igual falta más amabilidad, aunque es un problema generalizado en Punta Arenas.

No es lo que era antes, no creo que vuelva.
Pros:

Cómodo y accesible. El estacionamiento es bueno y tiene amplio lugar. Las camas son muy cómodas y es muy limpio.

Cons:

Nos cambiaron dos veces de pieza por falta de agua caliente, con excusas diferentes. Luego nos compensaron con una Coca y un agua por el inconveniente. La ducha estaba agarrada con una bolsa. El mini fridge estaba vacío y no tiene servicio a la habitación.

Agradable y tranquila

El desayuno lo encontré muy poco variado y retiraraban las cosas casi sobre los que comenzabamos a desayunar

La habitacion es comoda, y fue con vista al estrecho. El desayuno es variado y se agradece la fruta fresca cada mañana. El personal muy atento.

Rescato la excelente y clara atención que me brindaron en el hotel, desde el servicio a la habitación, la recepción y restaurante… son muy amables, respetuosos y atentos.
La piscina y el desayuno superaron mis expectativas más aún con la oportunidad en el horario
Respecto a la habitación muy conforme de que no se escuchara a los residentes de la habitación continua. Todo limpio y ordenado.
Me encanto contar con estacionamiento techado
