Mala atención de recepcionista
Cons:

Agua de la ducha fría, se informa a recepción sin dar ninguna solución. Además, al
momento del check in (atendido muy amable por una recepcionista) eso se vio opacado por un desubicado compañero de trabajo de ella, que la interrumpía a cada información que ella me entregaba. Además, el recepcionista en cuestión, me hizo bajar para buscar a quien tambien se estaba alojando en el hotel.

El Spa/Pileta....es la segunda vez que voy y el agua y el ambiente de la pileta es frío , poco agradable, al igual que el agua.
No cuenta con servicios de bar en la pileta, ni en las habitaciones.
No sé puede pedir rum- service.

Ideal als Startpunkt unserer Patagonienreise
Pros:

Verkehrstechnisch ideal an der Straße 9 (Fin Del Mundo) direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Kein Verkehrslärm im Zimmer (8. Etage) zu hören.
Zimmer sehr groß mit 2 großen Betten.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Restaurant (zum Abendessen) im Haus. Standard-Frühstück mit leckerem Kuchen.
Tiefgarage. Aufzug.
Kleiner Pool/ Sauna/ Fitnessraum (alles nicht genutzt).
Nur 1 Übernachtung nach Ankunft am Mittag (Check-In 13 Uhr), Weiterfahrt am nächsten Morgen.

Cons:

Dusche in der Badewanne.
Karge Möblierung im typischen Hotel-Stil, kahle Wände.

Pros:

Todo impecable, desayuno 10/10, nos empacaron desayuno ya que nos fuimos muy temprano, limpieza y atención buenisima y las vistas de la habitación un espectáculo.

Cons:

Todo en general fue muy bien, lo único por mejorar es lo despistado que estaba la persona de recepción con quien hicimos el check out.

Excelente estadía, los detalles mínimos!
Pros:

Puntos fuertes: el personal muy cordial y profesional, el desayuno variado, la ubicación, la disponibilidad de parking y la limpieza.

Cons:

El edificio es histórico y se nota que tiene buen mantenimiento, pero podría disponer de enchufes de tipo USB o USB-C para cargar dispositivos electronicos, especialmente para turistas extranjeros que no tienen plug compatible con Chile. En cambio, ofrecen adaptadores EN VENTA.

La cama: tenia sabanas de excelente calidad, pero el colchon parecia hundido, y esto sobresalia dado que las almohadas eran muy nuevas y muy grandes. Dormir sin la almohada era mejor opción.

Servicios agregados: el sauna EXCELENTE, pero la piscina un poco fria... Quizás fue por el horario en que la usamos (ya por la noche).
