Pros:

El hotel es muy limpio, todas las habitaciones tienen una vista al rio, el silencio, el restaurante del hotel tiene un excelente menú y su personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones tenian todas las comodidades necesarias (AC, calefacción, televisión, otro).

Cons:

Si bien no es problema del hotel, vimos gente que abusaba del desayuno llevándose alimentos en bolsas para comer durante su visita en la ciudad dia (yogurt, muchos sandwich, pasteles, frutas). Esto podria afectar a otros huespedes que deseen desayunar. Sugerimos regular lo que se llevan fuera del comedor.

Buena relación precio calidad, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Hotel DA de Valdivia está muy bien ubicado en la Costanera. Las habitaciones están buenas condiciones, baño cómodo y buen desayuno. Nos dieron una habitación con vista al rio, muy bello el entorno.

Pros:

La ubicación impagable. Atención al cliente muy bueno. El servicio de comidas excelente. La comida muy buena.

Cons:

El estacionamiento de arriba qué no tenía conexión al edificio principal, al bajar se queda expuesto al atropello.

Es la segunda vez que vuelvo a este hotel, para mi es la mejor opción si voy con niños.
Pros:

la ubicación es muy estratégica cerca de todo, tiene estacionamiento seguro.
El desayuno riquísimo, ademas puedes ir al restaurant a tomar once, almorzar o cenar en caso de que no quieras salir y es todo muy rico
La piscina riquísima la aprovechamos mucho con los niños.
Las habitaciones comodísimas.

Cons:

Mi habitación daba justo a la piscina y como llovío sentía mucho el ruido en el techo de la piscina, pero es mas problema mio que tengo el sueño liviano
