Pesadilla, horrible

Lo que más me gustó fue irme. O sea, yo entiendo que no es culpa del personal, ellos solo cumplen órdenes.

Cons:

Fuimos a desayunar antes de las 9 (no era tarde) pero el desayuno ya estaba saqueado. Había muy pocas opciones. Avisé que era celíaca y no tuve opción sin TACC. No había fruta, el jugo era de esos concentrados que vienen en botellas. El té era de una calidad muy cuestionable. Los huevos revueltos, había partes crudas y partes quemadas (Monse cómo se explica. El jamón y el queso, quedaban muy pocas frutas, nosotros nos llevamos las últimas, pero siendo celíaca lo comí con mucha desconfianza, pero era lo único comestible.
Nuestro check in era a las 14, llegamos a las 16 y la habitación no estaba lista. Pero a la mañana siguiente nos despertaron a las 7 de la mañana el ruido de las aspiradoras y el personal de limpieza hablándose a los gritos de una habitación ala otra. Y había un teléfono que no paraba de sonar. Imposible descansar...

Estadia 3 dias para negócios

Funcionários recepção e restaurante amáveis e fizeram o que estava ao alcance para resolver inúmeros problemas repetitivos

Cons:

- cheguei por volta de 23 hrs da noite . , mesmo com reserva confirmada no booking , não tinham habitação disponível para mim . Esperei mais de uma hora e me colocaram em uma habitação de um hóspede q não estaria aquele dia até arrumarem outra habitação no dia seguinte .
- a porta da habitação tinha problema , nunca se abriria , precisava sempre de um funcionário ir para abri-la. Nunca arrumaram até minha saída
/ café da manhã só tem variedades se chega até as 8am , depois acabam e não repõem todas as coisas .

La ubicación es genial.

Cons:

Se enviaron multiples mensajes al hotel, dado que por la contingencia climatica necesitaba ver si podia modificar mi estadia, pero nunca me respondieron. Me hicieron esperar en el checkout porque necesitaban revisar la habitación, lo que no le parece aceptable en un hotel 3 estrellas.
