Great place to stay really nice and friendly staff the king rooms are really large ans airy the beds are super and comfortable I always sleep well when I check in here it's great for the motorway the M1 is not far away.

It looked like has just been taken over, fist night we stayed following day, nobody came into the room to top up any of the tea coffee etc . So that evening I go to reception asked for some the man who eventually came to see me hesitated and told me they were only allowed to give 4 sachet of tea and coffee per room per day and was really reluctant to give me them even when I told my room hasn’t been cleaned today or topped up on the facilities
I think the local council are using the hotel to help out the local people that need housing on a short term basis

It was close to the spa that we had booked, it was warm
The room wasn’t very clean, infact it was terrible, i found a dog biscuits on the carpet, the sink had lettuce in the plug hole, from all i can imagine someone being sick, it wasn’t pricey so you get what you get, however they definitely need better cleaners. There was literally Noone around, i only wanted ice from the bar, had to wait 15 mins for some strange reason, so i had to buy some from shops around the corner. The breakfast isn’t good so don’t bother.

The idiot next door who set off the fire alarm at 4.00am!! Not the fault of the hotel but they did apologise the next morning.
The staff here are so helpful if some thing not ok with the room they sort it straight away. Lots of car parking three pounds a day but cameras in the car park. Good stay for me.
No hairdryers in the room but I bet they could find you one if needed. This time there was no plugs for the bath or sink but this would not stop me staying at this hotel.
