The staff here are so helpful if some thing not ok with the room they sort it straight away. Lots of car parking three pounds a day but cameras in the car park. Good stay for me.
No hairdryers in the room but I bet they could find you one if needed. This time there was no plugs for the bath or sink but this would not stop me staying at this hotel.
Hotel was lovely and cool not to hot and bed was really comfortable
The staff were vey good on arrival
They charge for parking, when you went into have breakfast the entrance smelt damp the breakfast started from 8 am which I thought was a bit late being type 1 diabetic they would not accommodate with giving any breakfast earlier. They wouldn’t budge they need to accommodate for for people’s needs.

Room was small and shabby only on bath towel but main problem thete was a wedding on and the guests were in and iut of their room banging the door and talking all night untill 0510.then at 07.30 a guest bang on our door asking for bedding and a towel . We got up then and went home awful

Staff were polite
Room was not very clean. The whole place was in need of updating and cleaning. Our room was not too bad considering what some of the other guests were saying. It was noisy with partygoers from the attached function room with car alarms and shouting. We declined breakfast as we were not happy with hygiene standards. Since our stay we have received 2 parking fines in spite of paying at reception and entering our registration number in the machine af reception. The guy on reception did nention a problem wuth this happening. Currently appealing so we will see what happens

Nothing. Very disappointed
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. There were cobwebs present, and the bathtub had visible mold stains. The shower head was old and clearly needs to be replaced. We were also concerned to find that the toilet paper provided appeared to be leftover from a previous guest, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, the chair in the room was extremely old, and the seat was so thin that it was uncomfortable and actually hurt to sit on. The pillows provided were also very poor quality—only two very thin pillows, which I had to fold in half just to get some height and support. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and upkeep of the room did not meet basic hotel standards.
