Terrible front office check-in experience. One person doing all work and two person doing people watching. Took 25 minutes while there were only two in front of us.

Lots of noise from traffic. Far from everything except Mevlana cultural center. This is NOT a five star hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff, the breakfast, the room and the lobby are all excellent! This is the best hotel in all of Konya, in my opinion. It is one of the best and probably the best Hilton Garden Inn in the world.
Aliçan, Ahmet, Behsat, Şahin and Tulin at the front desk are wonderful! So kind and gracious with us. Ahmet and Aliçan have a wonderful commitment to customer service, as does Şahin. Behsat is always a pleasure to see and talk to and Tulin is very kind and sweet as well. We look forward to seeing their friendly faces each day.
At the restaurant, Çoşkun, Mumtaz and the gentleman in the kitchen are all excellent! Çoşkun makes a wonderful specialty omelette and has a fabulous smile each morning. Mumtaz, whose name means excellent, truly provides excellent customer service. Mr Amrullah also does a very nice job. The gentleman in the kitchen provides very good service with his breakfast items as well!
The management of Mr. Erfan, Mr. Osman and overall management of Mr Tuna are all top notch! Thank you Mr Tuna for leading such a wonderful operation!
The view from our fantastic room was wonderful overlooking the Mevlana Muzesi. It is truly a wonderful, magical experience visiting Mevlana in Konya while staying at the fabulous Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Highly highly recommended!
A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Konya. Lovely walk to th Mevlana Rumi mosque, tomb complex. Huge, light filled lobby with many comfortable seating areas, nice breakfast and reasonable prices for the rooms
