Uncomfortable, staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly and polite.

The property is in a brilliant location and easy to get to and from which is great

Cons:

I didn’t like the bed situation, I was under the assumption that when booking a kingsize bed with sofa that that is what I would get which I soon realised wasn’t the case, when I arrived I noticed we had two bed put together! Means when in bed I would end up in a dip in the bed which was 1 uncomfortable and was wakening me from my sleep when I was sleeping and 2 make the bed feel smaller which makes me think it wasn’t even the size of a king size bed. I paid £170ish for the room for a king size bed which I can hands down say it wasn’t.

La stanza era molto spaziosa, comoda e pulita, la posizione comodissima e super tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e sia check in che check out sono stati veloci. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom would have been better with a shower especially if you are elderly. We only had one bedside table.

Buena alternativa cerca de atracciones turísticas
Pros:

Habitación cómoda, amplia y con excelente calefacción. La ubicación del hotel es buena, hay un supermercado y una estación de trenes y múltiples buses a dos cuadras. El centro de la ciudad está a 15 minutos caminando y el barrio es seguro.

Pros:

Giudizio molto positivo sulla posizione...a piche centinaia di metri dalla Princes Street.
I servizi resi dall'hotel sono stati all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Colazione super.
Particolare menzione sulla dimensione della stanza, molto grande e con i giusti spazi per valigie. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e siamo soddisfattissimi.

Great location, lovely hotel, comfortable and easy walk to the city centre.
Pros:

Dining room spacious and comfortable. Great choice of food at breakfast. Convenient location to the castle, Grass Market, Royal Mile, Princess Street, Good restaurants nearby. Reasonable parking (considering other carparks and street parking). Very pleasant and helpful staff. Considering alternative parking nearby the hotel parking appeared the cheapest at £10 per night for residents (I noticed street parking near the castle was £9.50 per hour!!!).

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room and was given a rear room away from the main road. However, There was a storeroom next door which was noisy early morning as drawers and cupboards were continuously opened and closed. Although the bathroom was clean and smart, the sink had an erratic tap and the the sink was a bit two high for ergonomics; subsequently when washing the water dripped along our arms and elbows onto the floor. It needs to be addressed.
