La chambre est très bien, le personnel sympathique et la localisation vraiment très bien, proche de la station Haymarket et de nombreux bus Lothian.
Il y a eu un bug, dû plutôt à booking qu'à l'hôtel, qui a conduit à ce que le nombre de personnes ne soit pas enregistré correctement. Donc il a fallu demander pour que le divan soit fait. Le personnel était cependant réactif et sympathique, notamment le personnel de chambre.
The hotel was spotless and in a great location for the castle. We were going to The Tattoo and its was perfect

La serrure de la salle de bain était cassée, la baignoire était sale et le distributeur de savon ne fonctionnait pas.
