Cons:

The first room allocated clearly had sanitary issues smell from drains overwhelming. Went to use TV not working. Works department sent someone to repair it TV needed replacing. Very quick in view of two issues I went to reception who were amazing and changed room thank you.

Went to this hotel as i was going to a concert and this was close to where i was going, glad we chose this hotel it was
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location the staff were all lovely and it had everything we needed breakfast was really good aswell would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable apart from that i couldn’t fault the place

Pros:

Si se olvidan de ponerte café , leche o te , llamabas y lo traían de inmediato, el personal que entregaba esos suplementos muy atentos.

Hay donde guardar equipaje.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, cuando recién llegamos había cabello en la ducha y cuando limpiaban la habitación solo extendían las sábanas y frazadas quedando bultos en la cama , era notorio que no las habían tendido.
