Comfy bed but no breakfast
Pros:

the bed was very comfy

Cons:

no coffee set up at continental breakfast, it was 9:30 when we went, no batter for waffles, no trays set up, no milk for cereal, we were disappointed so we left

Lovely stay, lovely staff, quiet room, good value.
Pros:

Breakfast was continental - and was as advertised - lots of toast and cereal.

Cons:

The room temp was set to 80 degrees when we got there and it took a while for it to cool down.

Cons:

The sheets were damp on the bed, you need to dry them thoroughly. Worst sleep ever. I told the front desk when I checked out and all she said was oh I'm sorry, hopefully you have a good day. Like wow

If you want a quiet place to sleep with zero noise then this is it.
Pros:
