Urgence à agir sur personnel, service client, marketing, plage au moins en face sans dépôt d’objets plastiques partout

Une plage en face noyée de plastique, pas de possibilité de boire un verre de vin le soir (choix du zéro alcool), pas ce qui est annoncé à la carte du restaurant (beaucoup de plats non disponibles), la vente des chambres côté parking donc les chambres vue sur mer sont vides et quand on les demande il faut payer un supplément, affiche à 650 dam posée sur l’hôtel pour l’accès au spa pendant un mois et vente du simple hammam à 400 dam la journée … (gestion à la tête du client), service aléatoire

L’emplacement

Cons:

Très déçu par cet hôtel. Pour 113€ la chambre, on s’attend à un minimum de qualité, mais ce n’était clairement pas le cas. La chambre était sale, les équipements sont vieux et en mauvais état, et le wifi est quasiment inutilisable.

Le personnel est nonchalant et ne semble pas vraiment concerné par les problèmes des clients.

Le plus agaçant reste la publicité mensongère : le descriptif annonce une “vue sur jardin”, alors qu’en réalité la chambre donne directement sur un parking. C’est trompeur et franchement inadmissible à ce prix-là.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

It’s an 4 stras hotel,but this only true from location and facility, the resg is maximum 2 stars

Cons:

Not worth the money at all. The AC wasn’t working for two days—they said it’s only allowed after May, which makes no sense. I had to practically beg them before they finally turned it on.

Also, they are extremely stingy. They provide the smallest bottle of water possible and then tell you to buy more if you need. What’s worse, you only get that one bottle whether you stay one day or ten days. When I asked for another, they said they would “raise it to management” as if it’s a big request.

Very disappointing experience overall.
