Prasada Mansion Sudirman

I don't know the standards of other people who stayed here saying the rooms are clean but the pictures show the state of my room on check in. And yes those black dots in the photos are bugs. The air conditioner smelled like mold when you turned it on and the pillows were stained, the pillow case and the pillow itself. I did not use them. If I wasn't only sleeping minimal hours there and only for 2 nights i would've changed hotels

All of the people at the hotel were very friendly and were willing to give me information to help me out while I was in the city

Very prominent location, walking distance to Jalan Jend Sudirman, easy access to MRT and Transjakarta, many local eateries nearby. Old hotel and facilities but decent price so no complain about that.

Room was spacious and the service is nice. Bed and towel are clean. I chose this hotel because of it's location. Overall good experience with the hotel.

The location of the property is very strategic near to many business and shopping centres. Very difficult to find for local taxi drivers and they will just follow the name Setiabudi road and take you to whirl around inside small alleys of Setiabudi. To make it found a lot easier and to save a lot of guests money the hotel needs to rectify its address for taxi drivers. From Jl. Sudirman turn left to Jl. Professor Dr. Satrio then turn left to Jl.Bek Murad and then turn left to Jl. Komando Raya. Just three left turns and you are here.
There was no fridge inside standard rooms and this is a shame for such beautiful hotel. I wouldn't book it if I knew there was no fridge.
The staff are good but need to improve their attitude a lot. They need to be very very welcoming and smile and very quick in check ins. Specially at midnight when a guest comes from the airport after a long tiring flight he/she should be sent to the room swiftly. They can be improved if they welcome all guests with friendly smile and it would be even better id they can help carry heavy luggage of women and elderly people.

It's nice, quite, delicious food, good hospitality,nice view.Strategic location; you just need to walk to go to hospital and masjid and and many delicious foods around, If you need cheap laundry you don't need walk to long. Less then 5 minutes to go to market or shoping area; palaza Semanggi and Ambasador Kuningan. Cheap rate.

Visited Jakarta Indonesia on 17th April this year on the way to Yogyakarta and Bali ,stayed one night and two days in Hotel Prasada Mansion.The hotel has got no special quality in particulars.It offered price inclusive of breakfast but served very poor standard of the same.Surprisingly this hotel has no travel desk.Language is a problem here.Hotel staff failed to understand English and could not reply any of our query.It failed to arrange a car for us for visit of Jakarta city.Experience is not at all satisfactory.

These days, many budget "boutique" hotels have popped up all over Jakarta and it's not difficult to find a hotel for $30 a night. I first stayed at Prasada because a friend was having a wedding nearby. My favorite hotel in Jakarta now compared to similar ones. Unlike a Favehotel say, the cleanliness of the rooms at Prasada is astonishing. Really careful and thorough housekeeping daily. A small modest hotel but very comfortable beds and rooms with balconies. The staff runs the establishment with a level of thoughtfulness that makes you think they must have gone to the best hospitality schools. And you're a step away from Sudirman. For those who prefer quality for the price to thrills. Love it! Sunny cheerful rooms too.

No refrigerator for standard room type. Except this, overall, good to stay for business trip.
Cafeteria in the hotel serves good foods! I loved it.

This is so unpleasant for trip to Jakarta. From the airport to hotel, I was stucked in the traffic for more than 2 hours. Well, this is something expected but the worse part is when I check-in the hotel did not give me a great pleasant. Below are my few observations:-
1. Shower rain is not working properly.
2. The room environment is not great at all.
3. Iron is not provided and I need to pay IDR30,000 to iron for one shirt. (This is the worse!!!)
4. The area is not strategically located at the nearest shopping mall.
5. The reception is slow.
6. The toilet bowl is not properly clean.
7. After a tiring day, I wish I could get a good sleep at night, but the smelly pillow ruined my whole night (Big nightmare!!!)
8. Price is not worth it.

Nice place to stay and a good location, a few minutes walk to Main Street,no outside sounds at night in room. It's a B&B, Before 8:30 am is the best time for breakfast, after 9:30 most of the good food item finish. Most of the staffs are friendly, you can take good travel advice from them. Use Blue birds taxi. Take a hotel location map from reception desk,

For a hotel in the middle of one of the busiest area in Jakarta, I think this hotel is okay. But it just quite hard to find and to be noticed. A noise from the construction around the area might be the reason for you to wake up in the morning, aside from that, well I love their lobby. The room seems standard and from the room where I stayed the view is quite okay as well.

I stayed here several times for business travel since my office is nearby. It's nice to have a walk to the office, instead of finding other transportation method. Nothing special about this hotel facilities, it's just enough for taking rest. I ordered Standard room and the room is small and basic (just like a budget hotel) but clean. It's a bit difficult to find empty space for doing my prayer. If you want bigger room, order at least Deluxe (it has a couch, refrigerator, and electric kettle provided). Free Wifi is available and fast enough, but some rooms have weak signal if you use your device (especially smartphone) on the bed. You got 2 mineral waters everyday and if you order Deluxe room you also got sachets of tea, coffee, and sugars. Bathroom is clean and hot water is available all the time. Bed is also clean but I'm not comfortable with the pillows, it's just too deflated.

Access from the main road is little bit difficult to find since it's located behind tall office buildings and you have to enter small road which often crowded. Even local taxi drivers are having difficulty finding this hotel when we first time say the name. Hotel and the street name are probably not quite popular among people. I often use keyword 'Behind WTC or Mayapada Tower' to guide the taxi drivers. One biggest complaint is regarding the variety of breakfast menu, not much choice. If you stay here, let say for a week, you will find yourself bored with the breakfast menu. But you can always find plenty of local food choices with cheap price around the hotel, or order from the hotel restaurant if you are feeling lazy.

Staffs are friendly and helpful so you can always have a chat with them and ask anything about Jakarta.

TIPS: If you want 'free' outside view from the balcony, order room with odd number.
