Just such a beautiful relaxed holiday. Everyone so freindly. Jocelyne the manageress is an absolute diamond and a credit to the place. A beautiful location. Nothing better than sitting on the waters edge in the morining and watching the Manitee glide past with the tide. . Already planing next years return

Clean, room had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen,) and walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants.
Amazing stay, location and experience
Holiday Isle Yacht Club was perfect. It’s a beautiful place nestled on the channel providing wonderful aesthetic views of the resort, water, and sunsets. It was also nice and quiet compared to other spots in the area and within walking distances from the beautiful beaches, coffee, and restaurants. Definitely would book again!
This place was absolutely perfect for us!! We LOVED being on the intercostal seeing the ships go by! Super clean, great pool! We would absolutely book again here!!!
The property is very well maintained. The apartments are individually owned and the one we rented was outstanding. Such a nice place to sit with our coffee and watch the activity on the canal.
It was about a 40 minute walk to a grocery store and we ended up walking a lot but that was ok as it gave us exercise.
The beach was about a 10 minute walk but there aren’t public restrooms at the beach as far as we could find.
Very old property. Bathroom fixtures dated and slighyly damaged, but functional.

Overall still a nice property but a bit outdated and unfortunately ground floor guests are exposed to noises from 2nd floor guests quite a bit.
The service was horrible; I never had the chance to communicate with them, plus I lost my reservation and my money.

This is an older property---but unpretentious---friendly staff and very helpful. It location is THE best---right on the Intercoastal and a 7 minute walk to the ocean. I have booked a month for next year already!
I had stayed here before and I came back expecting the same ...and I was not disappointed. Very clean, spacious and I would not hesitate to come back.

Not as nice as pictures. Unit had roaches. One bed was in a closet. Sheets and towels are worn and in need of replacement. Patio was great and unit was well equipped. Easy walk to beach. Staff are very nice. Pool was ok
