Very reasonable, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Room was brilliant, the receptionists both during the evening and in the morning were incredibly friendly and helpful! Very ambient atmosphere overall!

Cons:

The view isn't the best but comfort and the location makes up for it.

We didn’t. We checked out after 8 min and had to find another last minute hotel.
Cons:

Room did not match photos, smelled of cigarette smoke, shower was dirty and chipped, couldn’t even open door with bags inside it was so cramped. We left after 8 min and didn’t stay. Refund requested here.

Pros:

Location was excellent for my itinerary (catacombs, pantheon, gallérie de Paléontologie et Anatomy Comparative), walked everywhere and was easy to get to from the Gare du Nord. The accommodation was simple but perfectly functional.
