Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e professionale. La pulizia è stata molto buona e gli ambienti erano curati. Anche la colazione mi è piaciuta, con una scelta soddisfacente e prodotti di buona qualità. Nel complesso, questi aspetti hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole.

Cons:

Ho pagato un supplemento decisamente elevato per avere un letto matrimoniale, ma nella camera ho trovato semplicemente due letti singoli uniti. Considerata la differenza di prezzo, mi aspettavo un vero letto matrimoniale, non una soluzione che avrei potuto ottenere da solo avvicinando i due letti. La prossima volta risparmierò i 150 euro. Su questo punto l’hotel dovrebbe essere più trasparente al momento della prenotazione.
