Clean room, friendly staff, nice location

Probably not up to the standard it once was and expensive for what it is. Lovely staff and nothing particularly wrong with the hotel although bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. I would still stay again at the right price but generally they are at a bit of a premium.

Modern hotel, close to Clarke Quay restaurants and bars. Staff are very helpful. Great breakfast.

Rooms were nice clean and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.
We stayed for the F1 weekend and they even gave us nice chocolate f1 cars and a range of other snacks.
Close to MRT, Clarke Quay restaurants and Chinatown hawkers.

Highly recommended.
Would last minute book flights and accommodation for f1 weekend again and stay here.

Great hotel in perfect location for reasonable price. The river with the boat rides and all of the restaurants are across the street. Super convenient. My local friend said it’s a perfect location for a visit. Rooms are modern, efficient and clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

I needed ice and was told there are no ice machines for the clients and I could either go the restaurant on the 1st floor to BUY it or go to 7-Eleven across the street to buy ice

Comfortable stay - room a little snug for two people with two suitcases but we made it work.

Hotel and room were good, but the shower temperature wouldn't maintain. It kept switching between too hot and cold every 30 seconds. Made for a very uncomfortable shower. Spoke with another guest on a different floor, and their shower was the same.

Second time staying in a room with direct pool access. Very chill and we love the vibe

We were in room 410 for an overnight stay, we booked a queen bed room but were allocated a twin room. Location of hotel is convenient, facilities are clean, staff are helpful. Due to late flight, the hotel extended our checkout to midday & allowed us to use the facilities later in the day (including showers if we wanted). We did not have breakfast at this hotel.
This is the 2nd stay at this hotel and would stay here again based on price, location and cleanliness.

Pro: Close to China town and Clark quay all within walking distance.
Con: The hallway needs deep cleaning.

Over all a good hotel

Central location and walkable to everything from Chinatown, Fort Canning park, national gallery, Clark quay and Marina.

Almost brand new property. I had a pool access, King room. It would have been tiny for two people. Equipped with laptop safe and most things but no milk to support the coffee and tea making facilities. Mini bar but not stocked so you can bring your own stuff in for the fridge. Staff super efficient, professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant in the building + concierge for taxis. Proximity to Clarke Quay is brilliant without the direct noise if you were directly on the quay. Walk across the road (or sky bridge) from the hotel and the Clarke Quay MTR is right there. Walk a few steps more and everything that Clarke Quay has to offer is there. 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction is China Town. 15 minutes walk straight ahead is the CBD. Great location. Id stay here again. Enjoy !
