Hygiene issue..having bad experience..comforter was having blood stain..had to go & get it replaced..house cleaning situation is pathetic over there
Bookings.com booked us and the hotel called and said it wasn’t available 30 minutes later
Front desk staff was great.
High pet fee ($75) should be partially refundable. All but $25 should be refunded if there is zero damage to the room. Will not be staying here again because of this policy.

The location is perfect. The front desk manager, Victor, was very pleasant and extremely helpful my entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel over any if you’re planning on staying in the area.
