The AC is really disturbing, if you want a peaceful sleep.
Pros:

Close to the winter park resort

Cons:

The breakfast is not something you look forward to.
The air conditioner in the room is extremely loud and noisy. This might the biggest reason I won't come back again.

Cons:

Frühstück typisch amerikanisch, waffeleisen war defekt während unseres aufenthaltes, balkontüre und fliegengitter haben geklemmt, ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen

My kids made a bucket list checked off for me.
Pros:

Everything was clean. Im just going to say dog friendly. Any town near there is dog friendly. I congratulate the breakfast crew for keeping the food flowing and hot! Lots of hungry people getting ready to hit the slopes. So thanks to the whole crew for a pleasant, informative stay. Yep, forget to thank clerk for telling us about local events and free bus shuttle!
