It was clean and quiet, not welcoming, and none of the expected usual amenities
Pros:

I was in Lake Charles for a family reunion, I didn’t want to be too close to everyone, being it was July 4 weekend fireworks a lot of kids so I stayed in Sulphur, it was very peaceful

Cons:

The property was very clean , but the room was cold, not inviting, their was no bed side lamps, so you only lights were overhead, there was no coffee pot in the room, thank god I had brought my own, sometimes I don’t want what they serve and from what I saw for two days no breakfast was served, I asked for and early check in, 2 pm, they kept saying based on availability, or they will see what they could do, when I checked in at 4 pm there was only 1 car in the lot the hotel looked as if I was the only one staying there on that Friday July 3 and your telling me you couldn’t accommodate a 2 o’clock check in?! Seriously , mind you I requested 3 days prior, and extra towels that I were not there, the only mirror was in the bathroom

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean. Friendly mgr. fridge and microwave. Inside rooms. Easy access, close to parking

Cons:

The only thing I would add is a bedside lamp. The room had two ceiling lights and two switches. Either lights all on or all off.

Other than no elevator. It wasn't bad.
Pros:

Cons:

No stairs. I wasn't aware of that until I asked where was the elevator. They're very steep and it may be hard for someone that has mobility issues. I had knee and hip replacement on the left side and it was uncomfortable.

Good value for clean spacious room.
Pros:

Close to Hwy and places for food. Room was large and comfortable. Everything seemed clean.

Cons:

Breakfast is really almost nonexistent. Only coffee and juice and packaged rice krispee treats, and some cookie treat. Not a breakfast item in my opinion! No milk or even cereal option.
Also we booked a room several weeks in advance for first floor room, arrived at 9:30 pm and no first floor room available. Stairs with no elevator is hard for me.

Never again
Pros:

No breakfast so that needs to be taken down. It is very old but for the price I ask myself with the price what I really expected. It was clean but nothing like advertised on booking.com

Cons:

The bathroom and cheap towels and you better bring your own towels and sanitizer and carpet real old and has odor.
