住宿舒適，環境寧靜，睡得很好

位處高山林中處，以房間租金與四周環境比较是值得的，但若論食物質素及交通便利則大打折扣。酒店內只有一間西餐廳……食物質素非常一般。到山脚的“大侠谷”也路途遙遠，只可乘唯一的一路公車或自駕。

比較殘舊，泳池修整中，房價偏貴。

前堂員工只懂國語……英語或廣東話一概不懂，酒店沒有房間送餐服務，唯一一間餐廳，食物質數極差， 唯一亮點，房口部員工熱心有禮

For a solo trip, this ended up being a lot of fun...but was a bit difficult to get to. I opted to take a cab which ended up being a bit expensive, but it was worth it to me. This hotel isn’t as lavish as the Interlaken, which is a five minute walk down the road, but was good for a place to stay while I explored Tea Stream Valley. The staff was friendly and helpful, though few of them spoke English. I ended up needing to wait for the managers who did speak English in order to book a car to the airport. They gave me a discounted rate for tickets to Tea Stream Valley. Also, I found out once I arrived that your room key can get you into the Tea Stream Valley park after 6 to go to the restaurants that are open there. The breakfast buffet was just ok. If I were to come back I may spring for the Interlaken, as this was definitely a family-focused hotel, but I had an enjoyable stay.

This is a very good hotel if you want to relax in OCT East. If your interest is to play in the theme park then it may be better to choose another hotel near the Knight Valley. There is only one restaurant in the property which serves buffet dinner only... also gets closed early. If you're late then you need to walk to Interlaken.
We booked family room which was not available so finally had to compromise with a duplex - multilevel room.
We had pre-paid the charges which included hotel stay + resort fees. Our booking very clearly mentioned it but hotel refused to give us resort tickets. Finally had to call hotels.com customer service who refunded the resort fee. Lost over one hour in this drama.

很喜欢这里，每年全家都要去几次的，每次住上三四天。环境很好，在山里，空气清新。正好位于茶溪谷正门对面，很方便，适合带着老人，孩子一起出游。

為了老婆的生日快到，在東部華僑城眾多酒店中挑了這家黑森林酒店，果然挺滿意的，也算性價比高的酒店，入住時前台服務很好，房間也是大大的，可惜我們住的是靠車道的房，下次再來住靠泳池的，總之是個不錯的體驗

'悠閒旅遊

除了餐廳食物，其它都算OK。
四星不能有五星的要求。

房間夠大，夠乾淨。在大自然的包圍中很安靜。

下次會選擇住，就是貌似我訂的房間價錢貴了很多。

酒店室內佈置有心思。 入住和退房手續迅速。早餐食品種類多元。

位置很好，就在茶溪谷门口，白天领老人孩子在茶溪谷逛了一天，晚上在黑森林住一晚，很舒服。因为是跨年夜， 酒店还有专门的活动， 自助餐厅有工作人员扮演的小丑和各种小动物跟大家互动， 之后在酒店大厅还有魔术，轮滑和跳舞表演，小朋友玩的很开心。

酒店離景點行近交通方便, 酒店員工態度親切.

The hotel has clean and nice rooms but the cafe serving breakfast is not spacious enough to cater for guests taking their meals. Some food of the buffet lunch was generally salty and not up to a 4-star hotel standard. The receptionists were not efficient enough to serve guests fast and long queues were formed wasting guests' leisure time for vacations. My humble opion is that there is room for improvement in food quality and customer services.

酒店餐厅没選擇，如果去乐园的山上部分，入口非常方便，但如果去温泉就比较遠，打车不方便。
