Superb hotel in Flores
Pros:

Staff are both friendly , cheerful and sweet. The facilities are well kept, air-conditioning works really well and hot water stays hot. The bed is also very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast is very good too and the staff kept the beach very clean. The water in the swimming pool is also very clean.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, big rooms, enormous comfy beds and large showers. Everything is clean and the staff is nice. Pool is very nice as well as the garden and hotel's beach. Fantastic place to relax while watching sunset and sipping on some tasty drinks. Restaurant is reasonably priced. It has a very classy and expensive look without the hefty price. No wonder its fully booked a lot of times. We regret we could only stay there for three nights. There was no problem to leave our bags for a couple hours after checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved as once early guests eats up certain foods they are not being replenished.

Great breakfast, quiet location away from town, nice gardens and restaurant on the beach
Pros:

A very good breakfast. The coffee was excellent. There was a good variety of food and the fresh fruit was delicious. The elicious banana pancke was still hot when it was served at the table.

Pros:

Ich habe selten ein derart tolles Hotel gesehen. Warmherzig, Strahlend, sauber bis in jede Ecke, Liebe zum Detail, herzliches Anwesen. Die Villen und die Bungalows sind ein Traum. Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber. Hilfsbereites Personal das alles tut damit man sich wohl fühlt. Ich könnte dort ewig bleiben.

Wonderful place, great spot for couples and families
Pros:

Very spacious room, extremely clean, and well taken care of by the exceptional staff. The hotel sits directly on the beach where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen, as you sip on something from the delicious hotel’s restaurant. Their breakfast was amazing. You can also enjoy a dip in their awesome pool just a few steps from the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay there, I wish we have stayed longer.

Cons:

There’s nothing I could mention here. We had a great time.
