Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful hotel and very accommodating to international travelers. Staff was very friendly, room was nice, lounge was comfortable, and the onsen was small but relaxing. Recommend staying here when in Hakuba.

遅くにチェックインでしたが、スマートな対応でした。温泉も最高でした!

設備について
エアコン等の冷暖房機器がなく、風量調整のみの空調だった為、部屋の温度調整ができず、夜も暑くて寝付けなかった。（10月初旬）フロントに連絡すると扇風機をかりることができた。
大浴場のドライヤーが１つしかない為、ドライヤー待ちになる。
売店の商品構成はあまり良くない。
ラウンジのドリンクが、有料でアルコール（生ビールと赤白ワイン）があるが、ワインの補充がされておらず、あっても飲めない。
コーヒーは有利だったが、サービスでも良いのではと思った。
食事について
朝、晩ともブッフェのみ。地元食材を使用したメニュー、地域特産のメニューもあり、味付けもしっかりされており、良かった。
アルコールも有料で有り、品揃えも良かった。
駐車スペースにある木の下に車を泊めると翌朝、樹液で車全体がベタベタになっていた。
スタッフの応対について
愛想の良い挨拶あり。こちらの質問に対して真摯に回答してもらえ、とても好印象だった。食事会場でも気の利いた声掛けをされていた。特に女性スタッフの対応は非常に良かった。
全体的に好印象です。
また行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

Pros:

夕食も朝食もビュッフェ形式につき、口コミを参考に夕食は頼まず。なお、同じ経営者の隣のレストランはコース料理のみ。従って、夕食は済ませてチェックインすべき。
朝食ビュッフェは宿泊者が少ないのかお客は少な目。内容的にはとても満足できます。

森の中のホテル
Pros:

温泉も素晴らしく、朝ごはんも美味しくてとっても快適でした。大雨だったのですが、雨音がうるさくて寝苦しかったです。

Pros:

The hotel interior was dark and outdated. Although most of the staff were pleasant, one staff member at the front desk was not helpful and unfriendly. Food at restaurant was below average. The restaurant was also very crowded and buffet style. With the COVID situation still not under control, I would have felt more relaxed if there was more space between tables and less customers in the restaurant at one time.

Pros:

Location is good. Easy access to ski lifts and transport links if you want to explore further afield. Good sized rooms for Japan and plenty of storage space. Staff friendly and speak excellent English. Wide choice at breakfast - English, continental and Japanese. Only downside, bar closed at 10pm.

The perfect location for a ski trip. Walking distance to slopes. Shuttle buses to resorts pick up out front. Ski shop/hire and resturants adajcent. Nice room, outdoor onsen and breakfast.

夫婦で避暑目的で１泊しました。食事は美味しく温泉もあり数日泊りたいと思いました。近場にリフトがあり山にも登れましたが時間が無く行けなかったのが残念でした。スキーは別として初夏から秋はいいところだと思います。ホテルの雰囲気も良くお勧めです。
