i stayed no problem this is juat a cheap old motel

location and a smoking room

Cons:

flat pillows only one bath towel room wasnt filthy but could use a deep cleaning i have stayed here 4 or 5 times a year for last several years new o2wnership was a downgrade

Disappointing.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Bed comfortably enough. Room temperature was OK.

Cons:

Apparently the internet wasn’t working or poor. Not even the TV could connect. It was unusually cold so water had to be turned off as soon as we got there for repair work. That took a couple hours. Bathroom floor was really cold. No shampoo supplied, only the little bars of soap.

Arrived to check in and informed my reservation was cancelled, ( was told the room reserved was not a pet friendly room, therefore they went ahead and cancelled it, I was NOT informed of this until I tried to check in)On the site it said pet friendly, made reservation in October and never informed of this!!), was told the my money would be refunded but I am disputing this matter because received an email stating since it was canceled I would not get a refund!!! I DID NOT cancel it, they did!
I reported a dispute with my credit card holder and they are investigating ! I tried, but there was NO way to contact the Motel or Booking.com personally!

One word: Roaches. Everywhere.

This is my second and last stay here. This time we got put in the rooms across the street and they were disgustingly gross. If the Super 8 hadn’t been sold out I would of left. There’s a reason they have a sign at the check in desk that says “no refunds”. Gross

This is a budget motel, but worked for us as a quick overnight stay instead of a 3 hour drive home late at night. Considering the super 8 across the street was $50 more, it served its purpose and was a decent value.

Room was stuffy when we entered. Turning on the air a couple hours before checking in would have taken it up a couple notches.

Pros:

The smoke alarm was beeping because it had no battery, and I had to walk to the front office and get the clerk because the there was no answer from the room phone. The foot of the bed was missing support on one side, so I placed the ice bucket under the bed to keep it from tipping. There was a cigarette butt in the toilet - it is a no-smoking room. The temperature of the water in the shower could not be changed from scalding hot, so I bathed at the sink. As it was late and I was tired, other than the smoke alarm I resolved things myself. I made the morning clerk aware of the other problems as I was checking out.
