Excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. Spacious room. Good value for money. Secure off street parking. Extensive range of choice for breakfast.
Lifts and air con broke while we were there but maintenance fixed these quickly

From the moment we arrived, my family and I were met with smiles and warmth. Everything was spotless and well maintained. My children were absolutely blown away by the buffet breakfast - especially the ice cream machine! It was all delicious!
The ONLY thing that I would have changed is that we couldn't figure out how to adjust the aircon in our room. Admittedly, we didn't phone reception for assistance though as I felt it was too late - I'm quite sure they would have been more than happy to help though!
The friendliness of the staff and the food was amazing
Ocean view
No slippers, no robes. Uncomfortable beds and terrible pillows. Bad neighbourhood - many people around with obvious drug problems, homeless smelly people around too. They forgot to arrange early pick-up breakfast for our morning tour. Rude staff at the reception. Called us by the phone after 11 pm for an unknown reason. Terrible swimming pool, no sunbeds at all, no sun until it’s too hot to sunbathe. Poor breakfast. Outside terrace for breakfast has no shadows and it’s too hot to sit in the sun.
