Mostly the staff is so welcoming. U feel at home . Sthandwa at the pool lounge always wear a smile and provide what ever u ask for.My request before checking in was met. Well done to that.Second time with the hotel, definitely gonna be the 3rd

Great stay overall
Pros:

Reception staff excellent, professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room clean and tidy.

Cons:

Waitresses at the café suck! I will stay here again but will think twice about eating at the café due to very poor service. I actually thought waitresses were on strike. They need a wakeup call.

Pros:

First time booking with them. The room was very specious and I like that there was a couch, a table and a sink too in the room. The views? Stunning 🤩 . I had asked a room setup for my sisters graduation , and I liked and appreciated the effort. A room for improvement is still needed when it comes to room setups especially for such occasions.
