Nos gustó todo, absolutamente todo. Desde el personal que eran muy agradables siempre, hasta las instalaciones. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y siempre muy limpiar. La piscina es una de las mejores instalaciones del hotel donde puedes disfrutar de unas increíbles vistas de Bangkok. El desayuno con muchas opciones donde puedes elegir cualquier cosa que te apetezca. Y por último, la ubicación es muy buena y siempre dispones de un servicio de tuc tuc que te lleva donde quieras.
Simplemente increíble.
Nos gustó todo del hotel, pero por poner una pequeña pega, el aire de las habitaciones están encima de la cama sin poder regularlo bien del todo.
Todo lo demás, perfecto. Sin duda repetiría.

The location, the staff were friendly and were quick to help with any problems we faced, good buffet breakfast, the guy in the restaurant was fantastic- helped with getting a baby seat for our child, offered a baby plate (the girl not so much), we were also upgraded to a better room.
The bathtub which had the shower was quite high up and hard to get into. We are young with no mobility issues and still found it tricky (carrying a baby in and out was challenging). Would not be suitable for old people with mobility issues.

Pentru perioade foarte lungi (10 zile) nu este recomandata șederea, multă lume folosește hotelul pentru tranzit, camerele sunt slab izolate, gălăgia face imposibila odihna.
Personalul hotelului este extrem de amabil, partea proasta este că este amabil in egală măsură și cu oaspeții de bună credință și cu cei care nu respectă nici o regulă...

Super room, view, very clean. Very Quiet on floor 10. Nice bathroom and main bed. Lovely buffet breakfast with thai, english and indian food; fruit. Nice staff. Free transport to and from terminal 21 shopping anytime 😀 . Pool looked nice, didn't use.
Spare bed was super hard but they gave us 2 extra duvets to make it better.

The furniture was old, and the lighting was terrible. Gave a very dull feeling.

Breakfast was the same everyday. No variety at all.
Also, we had to pay for extra water in the room...in this heat!

We had a wonderful stay!! Our room was very spacious, with two separate rooms inside, which made it especially comfortable. The bedding and towels were spotless, and we really appreciated the room service. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.
The breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the stay. I loved that you could choose exactly what you wanted, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool was also great for relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again 🥹❤️🩹❤️🩹

La struttura di per sé va bene ma l'insonorizzazione delle camere lascia un po' a desiderare. Tenendo conto anche che parte della colpa è dei turisti poco rispettosi degli altri.
