Pros:

The hotel is located in a fairly central area, surrounded by famous hotels.I booked a deluxe room but received a room that did not look deluxe to me.I spoke with the front desk. They told me that I had booked a standard room (a lie, backed up by my reservation receipt) and that they upgraded me on their own initiative. The room is decent, but the furniture is old, and it certainly does not look like the pictures I booked based on.After another attempt to brush me off, I demanded that on my return visit in 6 days, I get the room shown in the pictures. We shall see.I returned to the hotel, and indeed, I received the room I had booked.I also ordered breakfast and paid extra to stay in the room until 6:00 PM. The girl at the desk entered everything into the computer.In the morning, I was almost kicked out of the dining room because they could not see the breakfast booking in the system. Then, when I returned to the room at 2:00 PM, the key card did not work because the late checkout extension was not recorded in the computer.Oh, come on!The room itself is excellent, but it has maintenance issues such as:A sewage smell in the bathroom, a loose toilet seat, and a main door that does not latch shut.To be fair, upon checkout, they waived the breakfast fee due to the room issue during my first visit.

Perfekte Lage um Bangkok zu erkunden und gleichzeitig ein entspannter Rückzugsort
Pros:

Absolut top Lage und das Personal war mega freundlich. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet, absolut sauber und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt zu 100%.

Pros:

朝食が美味しい。スタッフが親切。

Cons:

全体的には中心街にあるが駅までは少し歩く必要がある。それを見越してか、ホテルからメインストリートまでトゥクトゥクで送ってもらえはします。
部屋の設備としては清潔感はあるものの、壁、天井が薄く、今回割り当てられた部屋がコネクティングルームだったのか隣の部屋の話し声や天井の足音がうるさかったです。
ベッドが沈み込むくらい柔らかい過ぎたのも個人的には辛かった。デスクとチェアの高さもあっておらず仕事には使えないと思われる。
コンディショナーとカミソリがないので持参した方が無難。

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’accueil très chaleureux et la proximité à pied de nombreux restaurants, commerces et activités, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique et agréable.

Cons:

Certains équipements mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement : la piscine est assez étroite et les jets d’eau peuvent être bruyants, ce qui n’est pas toujours très reposant.

Ho avuto un piccolo problema a colazione. Ho fatto presente di essere allergica al latte e mi hanno proposto del latte di soia come bevanda alternativa al latte. Dopo averlo bevuto ho avuto la sensazione avesse il sapore del latte e leggendo gli ingredienti mi sono accorta che il latte era misto: soia e latte di mucca. Sono stata molto male. L'ho fatto presente, nessuno si è scusato.
