Pros:

Très bel emplacement. Le monsieur à la réception est une personne extrêmement gentille, serviable, à l’écoute et parle français. Il a toujours réagi rapidement à nos demandes et nous a recommandé plusieurs adresses et restaurants qui étaient excellents. Nous tenons à le remercier pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne l’isolation sonore au niveau de la porte de la chambre : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Malheureusement, lors de notre dernière nuit, un groupe — probablement un voyage scolaire — était présent à l’hôtel. Ils ont fait beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit, puis dès 6h du matin jusqu’à environ 9h30. Cela nous a empêchés de bien dormir. Les adultes encadrant le groupe ne semblaient pas vraiment gérer le bruit.
Malgré cela, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour grâce à l’accueil et à l’emplacement.

Posizione ottima per visitare le zone principali a piedi, molto vivace anche di sera.
Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.
Ottima colazione.
Disponibilità a preparare la colazione al sacco nel caso si debba uscira prima delle 7:30 del mattino.

Cons:

Desayuno muy muy escaso, entiendo que es un 3 estrellas, pero había una única camarera/cocinera que no reponia . Habitación con fuerte olor a humedad, la moquetas de la habitación que cubre todo el suelo súper sucias, cortinas muy sucias y el baño con escasez de limpieza también. Una lástima porque con mejor limpieza el hotel sería de 10, por su ubicación y la comodidad de las camas.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación, a pocos minutos andando del centro. El personal fue muy agradable. Mi marido es celíaco y le ofrecieron opciones sin gluten en el desayuno.

Cons:

Instalaciones acordes al precio que abonas, no se puede pedir más. Todo funcionaba correctamente aunque no había nevera en la habitación. La cama era algo pequeña y el colchón estaba hundido en el centro, pero pudimos descansar. Desayuno correcto.

El personal era amable

Cons:

El baño tenía la ducha sucia ,al estar cerca de los bares había mucho ruido por la noche y apenas hemos dormido,el desayuno no estaba muy variado ,y en el cuarto no había ninguna nevera pequeña y tampoco algún vaso para beber agua

Fantastic location, exceptional value and very clean and tidy older hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and everything was nearby and accessible.

Cons:

It was an older style property, but it was clean and functional and great value. Taking that into account there was nothing that disappointed.

Pros:

Un super accueil, Ricardo nous a donner pleins de conseils pour passer un séjour au top à Porto.
L’hôtel est bien placer tout peu se faire à pied.
