Accidente sin sistemas de seguridad ni compensación

Pros:

Ubicacion y el desayuno estaba muy bien, habitaciuones grandes y camas comodas

Cons:

Problemas graves de mantenimiento en baños, los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones funcionan mal y emiten un ruido que no te deja dormir, la piscina estaba muy sucia tanto el agua como el lugar, en general el hotel tiene una gran deficiencia en el mantenimiento y falta de limpieza, además de haber coordinado previamente una solicitud de cuna para mi bebe de 5 meses la cual estaba confirmada por correo y cuando llegue me indicaron que no había cuna, por este y los motivos anteriores preferimos retirarnos pasada la primera noche, además me cobraron por adelantado y tuvimos que solicitar la devolución del pago lo cual no estuvo exento de problemas
