La atención de la Srta. Camila en recepción es lo más (10 puntos de 10), es súper amable y siempre dispuesta a apoyar ante cualquier consulta.
La señora que está en el restaurante que atendía para el desayuno, atendía de muy mala gana, parecía molesta por estar ahí. Para ser el inicio del día, nada que ver, 0 puntos.

El hotel está viejo y ma decorado, me quedé en la habitación 613, mala atención en especial el recepcionista hombre el cual no me dio ninguna solución a mis problemas con la habitación, el personal anda amargado y se les nota en la cara su desagrado, No funcionaba el aire acondicionado , la caja fuerte y el internet fue un gran dolor de cabeza .
El baño filtraba agua del wc, luces del baño parpadean, por que se están quemando . Solo trabaja un solo recepcionista y a la hora que salen al baño o a solucionar un problema , no está nadie en recepción , tienes que esperar tiempo valioso .
La verdad el hotel fue una gran decepción.
En resumen pagué por un servicio que no se me dio y la respuesta es que hablé con gerencia que no están trabajando los días que me quede y no me entregaron el correo .
Pedí una plancha de ropa que nunca llegó , al parecer solo tienen una, porque la habían prestado .
El hotel bien, su personal bien, limpieza bien, baño muy bien, el restaurant no es malo, es pésimo, tanto la cocina como el personal, es antigua esta calificación, yo he estado muchas veces en este hotel y la cocina sigue siendo su punto débil, es muy mala.
El restaurant, muy malo, restringido, la carta da un horario y el garzón una hora menos, aun no terminas de comer y el garzón esta atrás tuyo para llevarse el plato, (20:30 hrs) apurado. demorado porque primero descongela luego cocina y cualquiera sabe reconocer una carne mal hecha, chiclosa y además el garzón molestando para echarte.

Instalaciones anticuadas faltas de mantenimiento. Personal con muy malos modales y indiferentes a las preguntas e solicitudes
La habitación. Grande, cómoda y una maravillosa vista al mar y la playa
El servicio de alimentación. El desayuno muy pobre y los platos de la cena deficiente.
