Me gustaría volver
Pros:

Lo que más me gusto fue el trato y buen servicio, lamentablemente no pude disfrutar del espacio como hubiera querido por encontrarme en ese momento accidentada, solo pase una noche para luego tomar el avión ya que venía de Bolivia.
Espero volver pronto ya que sería un gran momento para mi recuperación.
Muchas gracias por tan buena atención que nos ofrecieron ese día a pesar de las pocas horas que estuvimos.

La habitación bastante descuidada ,baños con cortinas plásticas,wc muy antiguo, falto más dedicación de parte del administrador, piscina muy sucia, reposera muy sucias..

No recomendable, en general es un hotel sucio
Pros:

Buen desayuno y funcionó bien a pesar de la cantidad de pasajeros, valoro que esté en la misma playa y el baño: la ducha no era de teléfono y muy antigua, la tina era muy alta y peligrosa para bajar y no había pasa manos de seguridad, el papelero no tenía tapa y se veía todos los papeles sucios, parecía papelero de campo. En general el baño estaba sucio

El personal no era amable, salvo la recepcionista. El hotel es malo en relación precio calidad. En general todo estaba sucio.
No tiene estándares internacionales, falta de mantencuon, se nota como abandonado y en general fue una decepción de hotel.

No volvería a quedarme no me gustó mucho la despreocupación en las habitaciones el frigobar vacio

La ubicación está Excelente, que el personal sea más amable ya que el día de ayer la mesera que recogía la loza de la mesa tenía muy mala actitud y con su cara de enojada uno le preguntaba cosas y respondía de mala manera, los baños que se utiliza en recepción excelentes.

Cons:

La pieza tenía un olor desagradable a encierro la ducha está pésima la cortina horrible toda cochina el aire acondicionado malo no enfriaba nada son detalles que tienes que arreglar pero no lo hacen no se preocupan que el cliente esté satisfecho y cómodo.

La atención de la persona en el restaurant ( particularmente un hombre en la cena) es muy deficiente, no saluda ni trata bien a los turistas , sinceramente me molesto la forma en que trato a unas personas brasileñas de edad . En general creo que el personal de contacto lo mínimo que deben hacer es saludar a los huéspedes ya que tampoco lo hacen las personas que atienden el desayuno.
