Las griferías falta de mantención, duchas calcificada, no había ascensor hace dos meses aproximadamente
Hotel en decadencia. Griferías muy de mala calidad, secador muy básico casi peligroso por sobre calentamiento.

Pésima experiencia le falta mantencion hotel

No me gustó nada en realidad .

Cons:

Ya solo llegar y que recepciónista no salude por cortesía fue poco grato, no me dijo cómo funcionaba WIFI, al recibirme tampoco indicó que no habían ascensores, las piezas húmedas y mal olor, pedí cama grande y terminé habitación con 2 camas

La gente de recepción con suerte respondía cuando se les decía buenos dias. Ademas los ascensores estuvieron fuera de servicio los 8 dias que duro.mi estadia.

Puntos a mejorar en hotel Diego de Almagro Arica

Ubicación y amplitud de estacionamientos

Cons:

Notable falta de mantenimiento en espacios comunes, óxido visible. Falta de aseo en habitaciones. Esta tenía un fuerte olor en sus sabanas a colonia de quizás un pasajero anterior.

Fin de semana en Arica.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, más aún cuando en Arica se están haciendo mejoras de muy buena calidad en toda la costanera especialmente cerca del hotel, desde donde se puede acceder a la playa caminado no más de 100 metros, el sector a lo menos en mi estadía fue muy seguro. En cuanto a restaurant para comidas es bueno y a precios muy razonables, desayuno bueno y el hotel tiene buena conectividad y está cerca de lugares turísticos dentro de la ciudad de Arica.

Cons:

La piscina podría tener una mejor mantención y así ser un atractivo de uso.
