Mr Milan, who was at the desk at night was such a kind person to meet. The location is great if you are visiting the hospital. It is a lovely, old school option in the area.

Optik zwar charmant, der Service aber nicht

Am Anfang fand ich es noch witzig, fast charmant, dass alles etwas oldschool war. Aber irgendwann war ich nur noch fassungslos. Ich glaube, das Hotel tut sich sehr schwer mit allem, was digital und modern ist. Aus der mutmaßlichen Überforderung entstanden seltsame Situationen, die ich immerhin meinen Freunden nun als unterhaltsame Anekdoten erzählen kann.

Es ging schon vor der Anreise los mit Diskussionen um eine Rechnung, die mir unaufgefordert geschickt wurde.
Ich war sehr irritiert vom ruppigen Umgangston. Aber immerhin hat das Hotel nach wiederholtem Bitten und Betteln schließlich eine Lösung für meine gewünschten Anpassungen gefunden.

In einer weiteren Nachricht wurde ich gebeten, Bargeld für die Bettensteuer mitzunehmen. Bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte würde der Preis von 3 Euro die Nacht auf satte 5 Euro erhöht. Ich verstehe das Problem mit den Gebühren, die bei Kartenzahlungen entfallen. Aber eine Erhöhung von 66% ist völlig überdimensioniert.

Der schöne Frühstücksraum, der hier auf Booking zu sehen ist, hatte mich tatsächlich überzeugt, ein Zimmer zu buchen. Leider gibt es aber gar kein Frühstück mehr. Mir wurde angeboten, stattdessen einen Papier-Voucher für ein nahegelegenes Café zu kaufen, für 23 Euro. Im Café, das in erster Linie eine Bäckerei ist, war es aber selbst mit dem teuersten XXL-Frühstück, an dem sich mehrere Leute hätten laben können, nicht möglich, einen Wert von 23 Euro zu erreichen.

Nach der Abreise habe ich zwei Blusen vergessen. Das Hotel hat mir Bescheid gesagt. Ich war aber schon zu Hause. Ob ich ein Kuvert mit Briefmarken schicken könnte, lautete dann die Frage. Wir einigten uns am Telefon darauf, dass ich die Kosten für die Sendung vorab überweise. Doch dazu kam es nicht. Ich wurde ohne vorherige Absprache per Mail darüber informiert, dass meine Sachen unfrei versendet wurden. Ich musste erst mal nachschauen, was das bedeutet, weil das niemand mehr macht.

Pros:

Готель в зручному тихому місці. Біля зупинки метро. До центру 10хв. Прибирання кожного дня. Чисто. Тепло. Зручні ліжка. Раритетні меблі. Супер персонал. Місце для паркування авто було. Видали кожному безкоштовно квитки на проїзд в громадському транспорті на весь термін проживання. Мінібар дешевший , ніж в магазині на вулиці. Просіть номер не на сторону метро, бо може заважати шум метро.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen met gratis kaart voor het ov en duidelijke uitleg over via welke halte en welke tram we zowel heen als terug moesten komen. Tevens was alles brandschoon. Zelfs de badkamer, onder het bed, etc. Kunnen hoop hotels nog een puntje aan zuigen. Zeker aanrader wanneer je bijvoorbeeld naar de kerstmarkten wilt. Je kan de auto parkeren en bent binnen 10 minuten met de tram in centrum Düsseldorf. Tram stopt ook letterlijk voor hotel, dus je hoeft amper te lopen. Hotel zelfs ook nog eens ontzettend leuk versiert voor de feestdagen.

Positiv: Lage, Personal, Stellplatz. Für eine Nacht, auch für 2 Personen o.k.
Pros:

Lage ausgezeichnet, da unmittelbarew Nähe zum UKD. Ausgezeichnet auch komfortaber und kostenloser Stellplatz für Pkw.

Cons:

Raum sehr eng. Mobiliar z.T. künstlich (?) antik, aber zudammengewürfelt. Modernisierungsbedarf!

Immer wieder ein sehr schönes Erlebnis
Pros:

Der Empfang ist immer sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und die Lage ist einfach super. Es gibt in 3 Minuten zu Fuß eine Bahn und Bushaltestelle und so kommt man schnell überall hin. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives.

Ich habe mich gut beherbergt gefühlt und es gab morgens die Möglichkeit Kaffee zu bekommen!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr besonders, man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt 🥰das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Ich habe gut geschlafen 🛌 Dadurch, dass das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt war es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut und ich habe bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen. Vor der Tür ist direkt die U Bahnstation und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und am Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch und die alten Ölbilder an den Wänden sind etwas erdrückend.
