Hotel tem eventos e o restaurante é lotado. Fui pedir para estender minha reserva e o funcionário falou que seria cobrado meia diária, chegando no dia combinado outra funcionária falou que seria cobrado diária inteira. Bloquearam a chave do quarto, tive que pagar a diária inteira pra poder entrar novamente no quarto.
