WLAN Katastrophe, Frühstück auch eher mau. Schönes Hotel mit Flair.

Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available.

The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading.

The location was perfect and the hotel itself was quiet nice. There were some issues though between the wedding music booming through the floors well past midnight. In the morning there was a loss of water pressure. Aside from those things, a nice place to stay with good food in the restaurant.

The hotel is an old castle and converted well. It has a lovely spa and the rooms are nice. The food is lovely and the staff are extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very accommodating, great staff, beautiful spa downstairs, highly recommend using it during your stay. Rooms we had were spacious. Wedding on Saturday night lasted till 1:30am, so it kept us up. Hotel does not have A/C, although my room was cool, just NOT cool enough if your used to cold A/C. Overall a beautiful hotel for the location.

My son and I stayed here for one night. We both have noticed how immaculate this place is. The staff are super professional, both at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but if you're in the area, stay here and you won't regret.

This place spoiled me. The staff was wonderful and the services (spa) and restaurant were superb. I chilled out completely. Many types of massage available.. The hotel has bicycles and I took one into the wooded area which has pedestrian and bike paths with bridges and stream (river). Beautiful. The entire staff was accommodating, respectful and wonderful to me. No pretense here, but rather high style and good taste. Breakfast was to served to order, by the way. delicious.

One night on the way to Krakow from Czestochowa . The hotel is a historic building in a quiet location The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are excellent (bath-tub included) and the restaurant is outstanding. this was my third stay at this hotel and I will stay there again on my next trip.

Beautiful historic building in lovely grounds that has recently been renovated into a hotel, so everything is very fresh and comfortable. Hasa great atmosphere, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable room. Thoroughly recommended.

A great hotel, clean, comfy, decorated with style. Very good service all around, very nice spa area in the medieval dungeons. A surprisingly great restaurant, we've had very nice dishes, fresh, well composed and done. I think the hotel should get the fourth star soon.

My second stay here. Beautiful hotel located southwest of Czestochowa and an easy drove to the Monastery of Jasna Góra. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the restaurant is excellent.

This hotel was amazingly great find. If you are going to visit Czestochowa and want a nice quiet place away from the crowds, this is it. The hotel is a renevotated old castle and is about 20- 35 minutes from the Monastery at Jasna Gore, depending on traffic.. The staff was friendly/great, and the hotel restaurant.superb. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the south central area of Poland.
