Pleasant cozy swiss wintery stay..
Pros:

The style, heritage, super swiss.. the view, the breakfast, staff such a pleasant stay. Didnt get to enjoy the Spa and outdoor heated pool, was a short stay, but it looked so great so would have enjoyed that for sure.

Спа очень понравился, уличный бассейн классный. Сауна уютная, стильная) правда общая (мужчины и женщины вместе) мы были немного шокированы 😄

персонал очень приятные люди. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Парень на ужине предложил нам шнапс и супер суп гуляш, отличный парень 🙂 сотрудница в спа разрешила остаться нам подольше) на ресепшене тоже приятная молодая девушка.
Вечером можно шикарно сидеть в парадном зале с бокальчиком вина

А еще Обязательно покатайтесь на санках, это незабываемое приключение. В отеле дают купон скидку на санки.

Сам городок маленький, но очень милый)

Een zeer aangenaam verblijf, waar we alleen maar van genoten hebben.
Pros:

De sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt met het personeel die altijd vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij is. Daarnaast de faciliteiten zoals het heerlijke muurvast met sauna, waren aangenaam en maakte het verblijf compleet.

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets. Alles beviel.

Pros:

So many beautiful original features, from the stunning entrance hall and dining rooms to the old-school lift. Worth spending a couple of nights here to make the most of the hotel’s surroundings and the connected spa (one two-hour session per person included in the price of the room). The restaurant is very good but pricey. It’s worth doing one dinner there but there is also a much cheaper Italian restaurant at Piz Ela a minute’s walk away.

Cons:

I left some laundry at the reception but when I came to pick it up the next day before our departure it hadn’t been done. To be fair to the hotel, they don’t advertise a laundry service but being given the same bag of dirty laundry back 24 hours later was pretty frustrating.
