Helpful staff, decent location within a 10 minute or so walk of light rail.
It was good and clean nothing too extraordinary but convenient with a lot of things around the area
I have stayed 3 times in this hotel i love to stay again this hotel is excellent service , staff , safety is soo good as well i love to eat a breakfast everyday
I always recomend to all my family & friends to stay here bcz meena bazaar as well burj khalifa & all others tourist place is so close
There's plenty of eatery around as well as shopping places. Burjuman metro is just a few minutes walk
Good selection of buffet breakfast, all the staff are amazing from reception to housekeeping, we were particularly looked after by the following staff during breakfast, Karolin, Elvira, Twinide, Hemant, Ravishka.
But all deserved recognition for their hardwork throughout our stay at the hotel

Locatin is good and hotel and everything is good
Smoking around outside and on the streets. Buffet breakfasts, people use their dirty hands to grab food out of the food area, very unhygienic.
Everyday I had to ask for something like towels or towel paper because after they cleaned they did not leave enough

just need to fix the light system in the room when you go to sleep we had to take the card out to turn off the lights
No management in checkin . I was in line people behind me was going before me, nobody controlling or receptionist didn’t even say anything , stayed two times in 10 days ,first time was ok may be no line up in the middle of night,second checkin was terrible, was very upset with the service they provided
When we checked in on 20 th it was bad , we were waiting for the receptionist people were check in even though we were line, nobody is managing to serve first come first
Rooms are nice clean and very spacious , room service is very quick , very close to all Indian restaurants and shopping places
Excellent customer service and lots of choice for breakfast.
Room assigned was different than booked [lower config]. When asked hotel refused to accept expedia booking and squarely blamed it on expedia. No recognition of VIP status and no upgrades.
