Adalar Gibi Bir Turizm Merkezinde Çok Daha Profesyonel Ekip ve Daha Gelişmiş Hotel Olması Lazım

Muhteşem konum güzel yatırım fakat memnuniyet için ödediğim paranın yarısı etmez çok pahalı bir hotel beklentimizi karşılamadı. Giriş de karşılayan ön büro görevlisi Güzel adında bir bayan elinde sigarayla üzerinde eşofmanla karşıladı ve çok samimiyetsizdi misafirle nasıl konuşulacağını bilmiyordu. Geceye Hakan Bey ön büro görevlisi olarak gelmişti mükemmel bir insan yardımcı olmayı seven güler yüzlü misafirle nasıl ilgileneceğine bilen birisi bu deneyimi paylaşma sebebim de Hakan Beydir. Bu puanı bile hak etmiyorlar. Fatura istedim booking gönderecek dediler öyle birşey yok ben de hotelciyim 20 senedir. Booking ile iletişime geçtim göndermezlerse cimerden turizm bakanlığı ve maliye Bakanlığına yazacam kendileri bilir daha sonrasını nasıl yapmak isterlerse öyle yapsınlar ödeme dekontum elimde mevcuttur.

Прекрасный вид из номера, большая терраса с навесом от солнца.
Номер небольшой, но чистый и уютный.
Отель чистый, в хорошем состоянии, есть лифт.
Завтраки хорошие, можно сидеть в помещении или рядом с бассейном. Если сидеть у бассейна, то придут коты.

Cons:

Платный кофе на завтраке, чашка кофе стоит около 170 лир. Но это не просто кофе из кофемашины, а как в кафе.
Из напитков на завтраке только чай, соков нет.
Нет москитных сеток на окнах, чтобы в номер не залетали насекомые.

Pros:

Oda çok yeterliydi, balkon şehire bakmasına rağmen çok keyifli ve genişti. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Tek sorun havuz kenarında fazla çiçek bitki olan yerlerde sürekli ısıran ve ısırdığı gibi yakan küçük sivrisinekler vardı onlardan biraz rahatsız olduk. Bu konuda bir şey yapılabilir miydi bilmiyorum. Kahvaltı açık büfe gayet keyifli. Kedi dostu bi yer 😍 Kız kıza tatil için uygun. Aile için de. Teşekkür ederiz.

Pros:

Resepsiyonda çalışan genç Hanım oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, tüm çalışanlar kibardı. Odamız havuz başında olmasına rağmen akşamları sessiz, sakindi. Kahvaltısı çeşit bakımından yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Havlularımız yıkanmış olmasına rağmen çıkmayan lekeler vardı ve ilettiğimizde hemen yenilerini gönderdiler. İçtenlikle tavsiye ederim.

Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli
Pros:

Pieni mutta viihtyisä hotelli, jossa parasta on kaunis ja rauhallinen uima-allasalue.

Huoneessa ei ollut yhtään ylimääräistä neliötä, mutta parveke oli tilava ja huone oli kaikilta osin toimiva. Ilman parveketta huone olisi tuntunut liian pieneltä varsinkin koska teimme osan ajasta töitä. Huone oli siisti ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Jäimme kaipaamaan parempaa kuivaustelinettä pyyhkeille, kylpyhuoneessa ne jäivät kosteiksi. Siivooja kävi päivittäin vaihtamassa pyyhkeet, paitsi yhtenä päivänä mitä hieman ihmettelimme (panimme älä häiritse-kyltin ehkä 20 minuutiksi keskellä päivää suihkun ajaksi ja ’siivoa huone, kiitos’ -kyltin loppupäiväksi, mutta kukaan ei enää käynyt). Sängyssä oli myös pelkkä ohut liina peittona ja jouduimme erikseen pyytämään pussilakanaa paksummalle peitolle, joka löytyi kaapista.

Aamupala oli yksinkertainen mutta hyvä. Turkkilaiseen tyyliin löytyy vihanneksia, leipää ja muutamia erilaisia juustoja ja hilloja sekä teetä. Lisäksi munakokkelia ja uppopaistettuja suolaisia leivoksia ja kuivia kakkuja. Kahvi ei kuulunut hintaan. Nuori henkilökunta oli ystävällistä mutta hieman ujon oloisia ehkä kielimuurin takia. Kuten kaikkialla Istanbulissa, hotellin sisäpihalla liikkui söpöjä kissoja pentuineen.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä, samalta kadulta löytyy pyörien vuokrausliike ja satama on lähellä.

Palvelun taso ei ylittänyt odotuksiamme, hotelli on hintatasoon nähden aika yksinkertainen, mutta paikan viihtyvyys paikkasi tämän ja kokemuksemme oli positiivinen.

Haftasonu için 1 gecelik tercih ettik. İyi ki de etmişiz. Temiz, güleryüzlü çalışanlar, ferah ve güzel bir kahvaltıyla tatilimizden memnun kaldık. Yaz döneminde havuzundan dolayı bir daha gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.
