As a loyal guest, I want to emphasize that the overall level of service remains exceptional. Everything is truly TOP notch, and it is always a pleasure to stay with you.
As a regular, I would like to share a few suggestions regarding breakfast:
• The quality of the pastries (especially the croissants) could be improved to match the hotel's high standards.
• Installing a self-service coffee machine would be an ideal solution to ensure better coffee quality and reduce waiting times.
• Lastly, the table setup (cutlery, cups, napkins) is sometimes slow, requiring us to ask the staff several times.
Apart from these small points, everything was perfect as usual. I will definitely be back, Nchallah!

This is my second stay and for sure I will go there again
Pros:

The hotel is so organized, close to the haram, has many facilities, and has two wonderful prayer areas with a beautiful view.

The workers are so helpful and respectful.

Cons:

The jacuzzi of the spa was not even warm and the kids club is with fees

رائعه للامانه

الفندق جميل جدا جدا جدا مريح للوصل وقريب جدا من الحرم ونظيف والاكل لذيذ والخدمات فعلا جبارة وسرعة بتسجيل الدخول والخروج ولي زيارة اخرى وانصح به وبشدة

كل مافي الفندق اعجبني ولم ارئ للامانه اي شي لايعجبني جزاهم الله خير وسوفا اعيد الزيارة للفندق في حال الذهاب لمكه المكرمة وانصح به الصراحه جيد جدا جدا
