Cons:

customer service and the fact that they accepted a 1 night booking without disclosing the hajj season has started which led to inability to enter mekkah and loss of booking. which was unrefundable.

It was beautiful but we was conned financially

Everything was perfect

Cons:

We was conned out of extra £1500 by management because we wanted a haram view. Sometimes conning people does not get you far.
