سيئه جدا وعدم وجود تجاوب من الموظفين والغرف صغيره وغير جيده وقديمه

لا يوجد نظافه للغرف والاسره غير مريحه لا يوجد استجابه من الموظفين تم طلب سرير إضافي وتم دفع السرير وتم الانتظار 4 ساعات ولم يتم إحضاره حتى الساعه الثانيه ليلا بعد كل الاتصالات مع الموظف ووعدنا بان السرير في الطريق وخمس دقايق بعد ذلك تم التواصل مع المدير بعد أربع ساعات انتظار تم إحضاره
كذلك موقعه وانتظار الاصنصيرات كذلك الحمام ضيق وقديم وهناك مشكله في الدش والتسريب ايضاً الأكل غير متنوع
لن اكرر الاقامه به لأنه للأسف من أسوء الفنادق التي سكنت بها

عدم الرد على الهاتف عند الإتصال على مطعم الفندق لطلب وجبة عشاء و لم يتم الرد إلا بعد التواصل مع الإستقبال أكثر من مره و تعبيرنا عنا استيائنا الشديد .

Excellent location
Pros:

My stay at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent and makes everything very convenient. The service was good throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A comfortable stay with great hospitality

Cons:

the experience was affected by very noisy neighbors next door. I had to call the front office several times asking them to handle it, but unfortunately nothing changed. I also found it difficult to reach guest services by phone, and when I did, the response time was often too slow.

موقع قريب جدا، نظام الاصنصيرات الجديد ساهم في تخفيف مدة الانتظار أحييكم، المطعم أكله متنوع ولذيذ

المطعم قد تكون به صعوبة للحصول على طاوله
الخزنة كانت معطله، يجب تفقد الغرف قبل تسليمها للضيف لتفادي الإشكاليات
