Pros:

The location of the hotel and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The service was pathetic. The receptionist was rude and did not properly explain the services available. For such a large hotel, having only two reception desks is inadequate, and we had to wait in line for a long time.

There was no one to help with the luggage, and no one came to clean the room in the morning. Refills were also delayed.

The room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, which made the stay particularly disturbing as we could clearly hear noise from the other room. The basic facilities in the room felt more like a 2 to 3-star hotel, and the floor was shabby and poorly maintained.

Overall, it was a very disappointing and disturbing stay. There are much better hotels nearby offering better service at a similar or even lower price. The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Haram. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

Outstanding for a family of 4!
Pros:

This hotel is above and beyond! The service, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the food quality, the location, everything! We even tried the child care service with my 5 and 8 year old kids and they are SO sweet and engaging with the kids and keep you posted. They even accomodated my early check in time based on our flight schedule without any wait time. I have stayed in many other fairmont hotels and they were all fantastic but surprisingly this one felt cheaper but everything else was exactly the same if not better! Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Not a single thing I could think of. Maybe just the room was supposed to be Haram view and it was a strange partial Haram view but it didn't matter much.

كان الفندق رائع جداً وخصوصاً موظفي الفندق كانوا قمة في الروعة والأخلاق من دخول الفندق حتى المغادره وهم مثال يقتدى به وفقهم الله جميعاً كما اعجبني مستوى النظافة كان كل شيء نظيف وكذلك المطاعم وهذا الفندق استثنائي وفق الله جميع العاملين فيه لكل خير
