The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the unpleasant smell in the rooms. The odor was strong and persistent, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. This issue was reported but was not properly addressed.

The staff were extremely slow in responding to requests. Simple requests took a very long time to be fulfilled, which caused a lot of frustration. Moreover, it seemed that the staff were more interested in receiving tips than in providing proper service. This attitude was unprofessional and made the experience feel uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was poor in quality and variety. More importantly, there was a complete lack of organization and supervision. Many guests were taking large amounts of bread and putting it in their bags right in front of the supervisor, without any reaction. Others were touching the food with their bare hands and rummaging through it, again with no intervention from the staff. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective, and it reflects very poorly on the hotel's standards.

Overall, my stay was very disappointing. The unpleasant room odor, the slow and tip-oriented service, and the chaotic and unhygienic breakfast buffet all contributed to a negative experience. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement real changes in staff training, hygiene standards, and guest service.

انصح فيه وبالذات الي عنده كبار السن لوجود مصلى خاص بنزلاء الفندق
