Pros:

Rooms are well taken care off and relatively new. Staff is wonderful!

Cigarette smell, but otherwise pretty good
Pros:

The room was a good space, and the kitchen was very useful. This is a smoke free hotel, but I smelled cigarettes while in my room for a couple hours on a few days. This did not feel good on my throat. I also noticed the entire hallway on the fourth floor smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was thick build-up of dust around the baseboard areas, and noticed hair strands on floor right after checking in. Bed was comfortable enough, with soft and firm pillow options. The gym was also useful.

Better than I expected. A pleasant surprise!
Pros:

The facilities were clean, the rooms all had updated appliances.

Cons:

We had a fire alarm in our room start beeping (battery issue) start chirping at 2am. No option but to change rooms. Fortunately a room was available.

Pros:

Everything except checking out, i used pay at property and that wasn't the case. Person on shift at checkout, 1:30am said couldn't change to cash, so my card got charged. Wasn't the plan i wanted!

Spacious room. Only thing was bad was the frig wouldn't make ice, but there was the main ice machine. So no big problem.
