All fine except damage to inside of door.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and efficient! Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The inner bolt on my door had been damaged and replaced. The door frame inside was scratched and dented. The door itself near the inner lock was also dented. It was apparent that someone had pushed the locked door from the outside, causing that damage. The lock did work, but I think the damage could have been repaired more effectively. It was troubling to view.

Pros:

Propere, grote kamer met een groot bed dat heel goed lag om te slapen.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt werd er niet altijd goed bijgevuld. Onze laatste ochtend, waren alle sappen op en de chocolademelk ook. De pancake mix was ook vaak niet bijgevuld. Zelf geen servetten meer op een bepaald moment.

Horrible service.
Pros:

Good location, nice parking.

Cons:

The service was horrible. Check in was at 3pm. At 3:20 multiple people had no rooms and rooms were still not available.

Ok if you need an alternative to expensive Hartford hotels
Pros:

Close to the city and plenty of places to eat. Reasonably priced, breakfast ok.

Cons:

Pool was overrun with unruly children, not enough chairs and a local swim school using it the next day, not very clean. Didn’t activate key card and no apology when we had to go back down to lobby. Limited parking and staff didn’t care that multiple cars were taking up two spots each.

Barely adequate
Pros:

Front desk clerk was sweet and helpful

Cons:

Pool was freezing cold and green as a swamp…it was the main reason we chose the hotel and the kids refused to get in! One of the 2 elevators was broken down the entire tome we were there and with a massive soccer tournament we were all coming and going at the same times….Super inconvenient. The other one sounded like it was going to break any minute…
