Noclehárna, čistota celkem ok, nedostatek zvukové izolace.
Pros:

Přespali jsme 1 noc před odletem na Fuerteventuru.

Cons:

Zvuková izolace chyběla, okna byla stará, šla hůře otevírat a zároveň špatně izolovala. Závěsy nebyly protihlukové, což zhoršovalo kvalitu spánku. Manžel se celou noc budil. :( Přímo pod okny jezdila tramvaj.

Внимательный персонал, отличное расположение.Рядом жд вокзал и автобусы.Старый город в 5минутах.

Ok but needs better management
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the central train station and the old town.

Cons:

The reception was very disorganized. They first sent me to a room where it had been given to other persons. I opened the door and a lady was there! That was an awkward situation. Then I was given another room which was dirty and had not been cleaned up after the previous guests had left. The third room was fine. The guys in the reception were nice and apologized. Now that I think about it, it was all funny but at that moment when I was tired after a long trip, it was over the top.
The other issue was that the window in the room couldn't be closed tightly and the noise from the main street and the trams was annoying.

Jó elhelyezkedésű, megfelelő árú szálloda a belváros közelében.
Pros:

Városon belül kiváló a szálloda lokációja. A főpályaudvar 3 perc séta, annak aki vonattal érkezik. És a belváros is könnyen bejárható gyalog. A szoba kicsi, de tiszta. Az ágy újszerű, a matrac is megfelelően kemény volt. Már annak aki azt szereti. És a reggeli is finom volt. Kis választékkal de, az mind finom, ízletes. Mivel autóval érkeztünk a parkolás fontos volt számunkra. 12 EUR plusz díjért a szálloda parkolójában megoldották.

Cons:

A szoba és a fürdőszoba is nagyon kicsi. Összesen kb 15 m2. Ennek megfelelően cipőkanállal lehet benne mozogni.

Cons:

1.Nacht extremer Lärm in den Nachbarzimmern und Gang bis nach Mitternacht
2.Nacht: Lärm von lautstarken Personen von außerhalb.
Es gab Probleme mit der Karte bei der Schranke zum Parkplatz. (Karte konnte 2x bei der Einfahrt die Schranke nicht öffnen), war aber letztlich unkritisch
