Pros:

受付のスタッフの対応が良かった。コンセントの数が多く便利だった。

Cons:

隣の部屋のいびきが少し聞こえてきました。
セミダブルの部屋は2人で過ごすには少し狭く感じました。

朝食のご飯が雑穀米しかなかったので、主人は白米が欲しかったと言っていました。

Pros:

清潔感はまあまああって、提携の駐車場もすぐ近くにあって便利だった。

Cons:

壁が薄いのかどうか分かりませんが、夜中の2時に女性の泣き叫んだような、とにかく子供には聞かせたくない声が1時間以上聞こえ全く眠れませんでした。フロントに電話しようとも思いましたが、家族もいるしどう伝えればいいか分からず諦めました。全てホテルが悪いとは思っていませんが、ビジネスホテルに泊まってここまでうるさく不快だったのは初めてでした。

Pros:

わからない事をメールや電話連絡しましたが、とても早い対応でして頂いたので安心して宿泊できました。

Good price and close to train station.
Pros:

Close to train station. Clean towels given everyday even when Do Not Disturb sign is up.

Pros:

今回は自動車での利用だったが、ホテルの提携駐車場以外にもコインパーキングが相当数あり、駐車場には全く困らなかった (提携の市営駐車場よりも近い目の前のコインパーキングを利用した)
国道23号にすぐ出られるため、ホテルから自動車で出かけるにも非常に便利な立地だった

また館内 WiFi に接続するとコインランドリーの空き状況がスマホで確認できるのは非常に便利だった

Cons:

空調のモード (暖房/冷房) が全館統一制御であり、客室では変更できない
利用時は暖房に設定されていたが、時間によってはかなり暑く、それでも冷房には切り替えられないため快適とは言えなかった
暑い場合送風モードを利用するように案内はあったがその程度ではほぼ改善されず、また虫が入らないよう窓を開けることも避けるように案内があり、どうにもならなかった
