Cleanliness
6
Multiple reviews call out cleanliness issues and poor bathroom drainage (water collects in the shower); an explicit 'Cons: Cleanliness' was reported.
Service
7.8
Generally described as polite and accommodating with friendly service and helpful staff/manager, but several comments note reception staff need more training or are interns.
Location
9
Consistently praised for easy accessibility and walking distance to places of visit, with many nearby restaurants and bars.
Room Quality
5.5
Room size and fittings are appreciated, but noisy conditions (renovation drilling above rooms and party noise into rooms) significantly impacted stays.
Amenities
8.5
Positive notes on beautiful interior, expected hotel amenities, availability of a baby crib and good breakfast; bar/service and drinks mentioned positively.
Value for Money
9
Explicit praise as a great alternative to 5-star hotels for half the price — guests highlight strong value and comparable quality.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast and some food items are praised as good, but there are complaints about limited variety of food.
Overall Experience
7.7
Mixed overall — several guests strongly recommend and praise the hotel and return visits, but noise, cleanliness and some service training issues lowered experience for others.

Pros:

Beautiful interior, very polite and accommodating staff, great variety for fun service and drinks.

Cons:

As there was renovation work underway (which we were not made aware of), from 9 to 5 everyday of our stay, there was a loud drilling and banging noise right above us, which made it impossible to stay in the hotel. Had we known about this, we would have booked a different hotel. I think in light of this, compensation in good faith should be given to guests.
