Unkomplizierter, freundlicher Service
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend: Weil zu unsere Tochter schon morgens um sechs los musste, durfte sie sich auf Nachfrage am Abend vorher ein Frühstück zusammenstellen und in der Minibar des Zimmers aufheben bis zum Morgen. Danke für den unkomplizierten, kostenlosen Service!
Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt ist wunderbar.

Cons:

Es hat uns alles gefallen.
Eine kleine "Teeküche" auf dem Zimmer wäre eine schöne Ergänzung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, Tip Top
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nahe am Schloss Celle und in der Innenstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit Müsli, Brötchen, Rührei und sogar glutenfreies Essen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zum Schloss, wenn man weiter vorne das Zimmer hat, muss sehr schön sein..
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war das letzte im Gang und das einzige hinter einer Tür. Diese hätte nicht sein müssen. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein und könnte überholt werden, wobei ich nicht gesehen habe, wann die letzte Kontrolle war. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Es hat uns für unseren Aufenthalt zufriedengestellt .
Pros:

Für Senioren ist die Lage einmalig , da der Stadtkern fussnah ist , viele gute Restaurants gut zu erreichen , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso , Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und lässt keine Wünsche übrig , unser Zimmer war klein , aber sauber , gemütlich und mit einem kleinen Schreibtisch ausgestattet !!!!

Cons:

Unter dem Schreibtisch war vom vorigen Gästen noch Müll .
Die Stufe/Fuge in die Dusche war nicht sauber .
