Hôtel cocooning et charmant
Pros:

Tout était très bien

Cons:

La salle de bain, nous avons eu une chambre dont la salle de bain n'était pas rénovée. Ça manquait d'un tiroir sous la vasque pour ranger nos trousses de toilette.
Et le bac à douche avec rideau, tout petit. Compliqué de se laver à deux !
Sinon l'ensemble était très bien.

Bon séjour mais rapport qualité prix un peu faible.
Pros:

Goûter et petit déjeuner. Bois rustique dans la chambres, électricité moderne. Personnel (accueil, dames de ménage).

Cons:

Salle de bains complètement datée (toute petite douche, rideau de douche, carrelage ancien, radiateur ancien).

Beautiful hotel with friendly and approachable hosts
Pros:

Very accommodating. Friendly and approachable staff. Fast response to requests which made what could have been a stressful trip a reassuring and positive experience. Excellent facilities, beautiful decor and lovely rooms.

Cons:

We didn't know that we could request a gluten free breakfast but that was probably on us to enquire to be honest!

Très bonne expérience que je renouvellerai avec plaisir.
Pros:

Hotel propre et chambre moderne. Le staff est très gentils et accessible. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et j’ai apprécié le goûter qui est proposé à 16h. Très bonne localisation (5 min à pieds des remontées et central).

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite avec peu de rangement. Il faisait aussi très chaud dans la chambre. Aussi manque de lumière, la chambre peu paraître un peu sombre surtout pour se maquiller par exemple.

Nice room, great breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Good location close enough to the mountain. Overall very happy and would return.

Cons:

There isn't any ventilation in the bathroom and it gets smelly inside which is unpleasant. Also, more information about how to take the bus to get to the ski slop would be helpful.

Chaleureux et cocooning.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique, l’accueil très chaleureux du personnel ainsi que la propreté de la chambre.
Petit déjeuner copieux

Cons:

Si nous devions donner un point d’amélioration, ça serait la salle de bain un peu vieillot.
Mais n’empêche pas de passer une très bonne nuit
