La devanture de l’annexe ressemble plus à une boîte de nuit qu’un hôtel
Hôtel moyen. Il y a tout mais tout est plutôt de qualité moyenne.
l’hôtel est situé en cœur de ville, ce qui est plutôt pratique si l’on veut faire du tourisme dans Flers mais sans intérêt autrement
Le confort et l’équipement sont plutôt minimalistes, la rue est assez bruyante et les poubelles ont été ramassées à 2h30 du matin ! Merci pour le bruit.
Pas de climatisation et un escalier pour monter dans les chambres sans qu’il y ait d’ascenseur. Difficile donc pour les personnes âgées et pour les handicapés.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas de parking, ou du moins, il n’y a qu’une place et elle était occupée.

L'emplacement est idéal et le personnel très serviable et agréable. La chambre était bien agencée et j'ai vraiment apprécié cet hôtel
We booked it last minute as we needed 1 night sleep somewhere along the way, and it looked convenient and good value. The room as basic, but sufficient for 1 night. The bed was comfortable, the shower strong. We found street parking in front which was free. Good communication on the app before arriving. The restaurant was closed, however the hotel is in the town centre and we found another restaurant easily. If you ignore the view right under the hotel, you can see the beautiful church on the background.
We opted not to have the breakfast.
Some reviews mentioned the noise, but i didn't take notice. Unfortunately for us it was the night of France football match and after winning, the extreme noise made by the fans went on for hours (cars honking, motorcycles speeding, shouting etc), then disco until past 5 am. Eventually we reluctantly closed the windows as it was the heat period, and that reduced the noise to some extent. In fact we were provided with ear plugs, but didn't use them.
Not long after 6 am the people next to us woke up, and we could hear every little noise in the bathroom, it appears that there is no isolation between the bathroom best door and the adjacent room.
I wouldn't return personally due to the noise.

Chambre efficace et assez fraîche malgré la chaleur. La personne qui nous a accueilli s’est montrée accueillante et attentive à notre installation. Pain frais et viennoiseries au petit-déjeuner. L'emplacement est très central.
L'hôtel jouxte une discothèque qui est ouverte le vendredi et le samedi. Les nuisances sonores sont importantes et durent toute la nuit.
