Golden Temple Hotel

Lovely few days in siem reap. Beautiful small hotel in central location. Staff very helpful arranging tours etc. Had tuk tuk tour with guide Poy Pines - excellent guide, very knowledgeable, great English and got us around all the temples avoiding queues at high season.

Our Family stay at Golden Temple Hotel was absolutely perfect beyond our expectations. The staffs were the best features of this hotel. They went above and beyond! Thanks to the front desk Miss Bella & Ms Alice the front desk manager, they are absolutely awesome. We will be back in the future.

Silent , our guide was very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat ,and all the temples we visited today he also recommended lovely Cambodia lunch Amok which was excellent.

Our visit to the temples was great. Sinet our tour guide was friendly and helpful.
He also had in-depth knowledge of all temples and Cambodian history.
During the lunch break he also recommended some great dishes.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. We booked our trips with the hotel and found they were value for money due to excellent knowledge of our guide and the ease of travel and organisation by the hotel.
Rooms were all very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very clean in general, pool area and restaurant.
We booked the hotel at the last minute as the hotel we originally booked was way below standard, the Golden Temple Hotel organised a car to pick us up at 10am and also offered us breakfast when we arrived and we were in our room by 11am.

Excellent guide; good English and wonderful knowledge.
We had 2 days of tours and enjoyed every minute, nothing was too much to ask of Mr Poy Pines we had his full attention, if you want a guide Pines is the man.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere due to its tasteful decorations with a temple scene. We enjoyed the outstanding hospitality, everyone from the reception desk, travel arrangements, breakfast buffet and room service were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Golden Temple Hotel is an absolute gem in Siem Reap. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained.

The location is ideal - close enough to the action to be convenient, yet peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. Restaurants, markets, and major attractions are all easily accessible.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the management and staff. They are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to ensure guests have the best possible experience. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really set this hotel apart.

This hotel and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I will forever be spoiled for life as they will make sure every need you have is met. This hotel is incredibly clean, convenient and super cute! But the staff make it so special.

We had THE BEST stay! Amazing service, food, massages and facilities. The rooms are spacious and so clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. All of this in a great location close to everything. Special shout out to Roth for fantastic service at the pool and restaurant.

Traveling extensively meeting many people and immersing myself in many cultures, I will unequivocally say that I have never met a more energetic, genuinely happier staff of delightful souls than I met at the Golden Temple Hotel. It is a real pleasure to leave grateful comments for with too short 4 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was simply great ! Special thanks too short Roth and Lisa who are learning French language and have been very helpful and friendly always smiling. We want also compliments SINET ! He was our guide to the Angkor Temples. Frankly we do not use this kind of service very often to avoid to be forced to commercial business. SINET is just the perfect guy to share with you his huge knowledge of the Khmer Culture and beyond answering all the questions you may have. We highly recommand him for his kindness !

I don’t know what they’re putting in the water at this place but the staff are phenomenal, I’m talking you’ll experience a new old world style of hotelier service that you won’t get anywhere else. The manager Alice is a GEM of a person, one of our group got sick and she visited him in the hospital every day and ensured he got home ok, brought him fruit and

The rooms are comfortable and clean. They give you fruit upon arrival and robes. There’s space to rent a motor bike and have it stored in the hotel. They’ll say yes to almost every request like late checkout or holding onto your bags for a few days. I went camping and they took care of my luggage with electronics in it safely.

Near a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and the night market.

You don’t even have to leave for much because there’s in house breakfast with lovey staff lots of fresh fruit and eggs your way( I had a soft boiled egg every morning!) plus pastries and hot items and fresh soup. Plus they have affordable AWESOME MASSAGES right in house so after a long day you can book up until 11pm

Just book this hotel! Special shout out to all the front desk staff you were all amazing, I can’t wait to see again when I return!

We had a 2 day tour by the hotel where we stayed, Golden Temple Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The best private tour we have ever experienced. Our driver, Many and Tour guide, Chhong, both spoke English and they treated us like royalty. The sites selection for visits over the two days were all outstanding. The highlight of the first day was sunrise at Angkor Wat and the highlight of the second day was swimming under a waterfall. There were too many wonderful sites and experiences to list here but in summary, we had the time of our life and enough pictures and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Many and Chhong for taking such good care of us and especially Chhong for your wealth of knowledge and Cambodian history.

The Golden Temple is a lovely place to stay. The city around it is bustling. Getting around was easy and safe. The people of Siem Reap are kind and respectful. Alice at The Golden Temple worked tirelessly to take exceptional care of us. She is very organized and responsive. It was an experience we will always cherish. We look forward to pur next trip to this beautiful place.

This is a beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and nice pool area. Food good. The best thing is the staff very friendly and extra special service always. Led by the best manager in the world, Alice, they made my stay, and the others on our tour, very special.

Clean room, very friendly service and close walking distance to evening markets and pub street.

We had an early morning start (4.30am) and the hotel staff pre-packed breakfast and coffee waiting for us and ready for us to go.
