Pros:

10/10
The staff have excellent character, but all the team..
They clean your room every day.
So a good attitude was fantastic to stay at Creston.
Location is 10.
No noise, 5 minutes to lights/shopping streets.
We walk 12 minutes from Shibuya Station to the hotel . From Aeroport Narita, you have train direct to Shibuya.
Definitely, I will come back sometime .

Pros:

Pretty close to Shibya
Staff super friendly, let my wife inside our room although our payment hadn't been made yet.
Came running with umbrellas when we went out into the rain.
No loud noises at night

Cons:

Rooms were worn down, had wallpaper in the cieling

Location very close to Shibuya nestled away in a quieter pocket

Cons:

No real dislikes but will mention hotel is a little dated which we knew and physical key system also a little dated.

Pros:

L'emplacement à shibuya était vraiment top. Le personnel était plutôt à l'écoute. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain aussi. Le ligne de lit et tous les différents accès disponibles sont super. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon. Le personnel de ménage est plutôt au top car ils ont rangé ma chambre changé draps et mis la climatisation quand j'étais absent.

Cons:

Si je dois mettre un point négatif c'est que le personnel à la réception est un peu froid.

Sehr gute Lage mit Personal das Englisch kann
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss beim Shibuya Bahnhof/Kreuzung. Ebenfalls liegt es sehr nahe beim Essensviertel.
Zudem können alle an der Rezeption recht gut Englisch sprechen.

Cons:

Das Morgenessen hätte ein wenig grösser sein können.
