Good central shibuya location
Pros:

It was in a great location central to a lot of what my group way seeing. The breakfast was great with a Japanese option and a western option.

Cons:

Be careful at night not to leave your keys in the room while leaving. I got scrutinized for that and it seemed unwarranted.
They apologized but still was a bit disconcerting

Overpriced and unclean
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

The hotel is dated (which we were ready for), but the room was not tidy or clean, there were stains on the bed covers, walls, wallpaper peeling off, also there was an unpleasant odour in the room, like cheap cleaning products. We booked last minute and hotel cost approx $300 dollars for 1 night which is crazy for such unpleasant, old room.
